I ordered an assorted 3 pk (2 glazed and 1 chocolate glazed). I arrived 20 minutes after they opened. 1st the drive-thru speaker wasn't working, no problem, it had a sign that said to drive around. I get to the window and wait 5 minutes, no one ever came to the window. So I pull around and just go in. There were 4 to 5 people behind the counter so why was no one watching the window when you knew the speaker wasn't working?!? But on top of that, she puts my Chocolate donut in the same bag with my glazed. Normally they are laid in a 3pk box. But if you were going to stack them in a bag then, in my opinion the flavors should have been separate. Once down the road, I discover that all 3 donuts are ice cold! I'm used to the chocolate coming cold but you just opened, why are the glazed iced cold also?!?! I love Krispy Kreme but I also think we pay too much for poor service and cold donuts. I will not be visiting this location ever again. Please do better!

let me start by saying that i've been working drive-thru coffee and pastries for years now and know what a job well done looks like. this was the opposite, and was my first and last visit to krispy kreme.the line didn't move for the first ten minutes we waited. i understand big orders happen but the next cars each took another five minutes, including ours. we did not have a very big order.the location menu on the website listed all sorts of great options... that were all sold out. only regular, everyday flavors that you can get anywhere were available.the gentleman in the window seemed irritated to be taking our order and ignored the specifics on the coffee i ordered, even when i repeated to make sure he heard me. the helpful barista asking questions was the only reason my drink came out okay.donuts were undercooked and overly sweet. we feel we wasted time and money by stopping here. i did call the store first to try to give krispy kreme a chance to make this right, but no one answered.

Yeah, they keep the sign on even when there’s no hot donuts -according to employee and verified by us. Annoying. Don’t trust app either.

I love Krispy Kreme! And I love it even more when the red hot sign is on and forming everyone that hot fresh donuts are available! I drove through this Krispy Kreme drive-through to pick up two glazed donuts. They were hot and fresh as expected. The staff greeted me at the window and was kind. My order was ready in just a few seconds and I was on my way. My only complaint about this location is because of where it’s located, you are forced to drive through the parking lot of an oil change business to access the Krispy Kreme location.

We love this donuts, very fresh and melts in your mouth. Anywhere I go I usually take this donuts mini donuts kids love it. I ordered donuts in the evening and the Staff was friendly and patient taking my order and service was great.

The drive thru speaker box never worked, like ever. Waited 5mins at the drive thru window, honked a few times just for them to tell me that they do not have fresh glazed donuts made. Its an hour and 20mins since they opened, and nothing fresh made.

Got there super early because it's a donut shop and was told there were NO DONUTS! WTH!? LOL... but it's Krispy Kreme and I didn't want to go to the competition... so I bought day old donuts... still delicious ?

First time to this location and we received pretty good customer service. We got a chiller slushy drink and it was too syrupy and sweet. Like I would never sell anyone a horrible food item/drink item. Other than that our donuts was pretty good. I can tell this location can use some improvements.

This location is extremely unorganized and the employees seem to lack basic communication skills. Also, their donut machine tends to “break”, so some days they go hours and hours without any glazed donuts available. Beware.
