Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had at any restaurant in my 62 years of life. The black girl working the drive through window refused to serve me and threatened to call the police on me because I asked her to cook my order fresh. She refused to do so and told me they were only serving in the drive-thru window and I had to go through the drive-thru to get my chicken and I was going to get what had been under the heat lamp for quite a while. She would not give me her name when I asked her and told me she was going to call the police on me. Oh and by the way I'm handicapped and cannot walk and I guess she felt threatened by me because I wanted fresh chicken.
This was a horrible experience. I ordered my meal and asked if I could pay to switch my fries for a large mashed potatoes. The manager said he was unable to upgrade my side item and I said that's fine, go ahead and add a large mashed potatoes to the order with a lemonade. The gentleman gave me my order with a Dr. Pepper and no large potatoes. I asked about the my missing side and the manager started arguing with me telling me I didn't order the large side. He acted as if I were trying to get something for free when I was trying to spend more money by adding the extra large side item. I will never return this KFC. This was a bad first impression.

Got extra crispy chicken breast, the chicken itself was good, BUT the crispy skin tasted and looked old, wasn't fresh n crispy like it normally is when I get it

This food is not good.. got the fill up bowl and ? nothing was fresh. Mac and cheese tasted extremely artificial, they forgot my cookie and drink and I had to wait extra 5 mins. The entire thing Was $10 down the drain
Mason Rd location.i went inside to order a 3 piece all white and 2 sides this afternoon.I got one thigh one wing and 1 dingy biscuit to go. Probably should have checked it.There was a time when they would show you the chicken selected.I won't go back to any KFC ever.Not worth my money
Always finger licking good! The manager there is awesome. Great personality
