My daughters picked up donuts at Karma this morning and were overcharged. Also treated rudely. We’ve been going to Karma since they opened and their donuts and kolaches are consistently good. Today however, the experience was disappointing. A dozen with 2 kolaches and 2 apple fritters turned into an odd assortment of charges for things we didn’t actually buy. My daughter didn’t know any better and just paid the tab. If you go, just keep an eye on what you’re being billed for. I’m using this as a lesson for my kids so it doesn’t happen to them again ;)
The donuts and kolaches were yummy. Not a lot of options left when we came in (an hour and half before closing). Staff was friendly. They did not have dairy milk options for the latte though.
Place is nice, taste is fine. One simple advice, get a wide straw for your frappe drinks, would make a big difference. Waiting time is long
Best kolaches in the Katy area, nice selection and fair pricing compared to that stodgy kolache chain. Kronuts are a must try. Avoid their croissants though, the French bakery on Westheimer and Peek is the best local spot for them.
This place has the best kolaches I’ve had in a really long time! And their donuts are sooooo good as well. I unfortunately have to give it a 3 star because of the terrible service we received today. The girl who was supposed to be on the front counter was texting on the side, and the other girl was busy with other stuff. For some reason they both decided to give us an attitude. Maybe y’all should reconsider who you decide to put on the front of the store to receive customers.

Their dough is always undercooked/underbaked. I ate an apple fritter with raw dough next to the apple filling and I got pretty bad food poisoning. I ran to the toilet 5 or 6 times to throw up. Don't come here. It's a health hazard. I feel bad for tipping $1.
It was great at first but then they got super busy and they never hired anyone to help. They added a coffee machine which ruined the flow of service.Too many people waiting for too long. It didn't scale well. Half the time you go there you have to wait 20+ minutes to get a kolache. Too slow.
Great kolache and donut place. Very clean. My family’s new favorite. Very friendly staff as well.
