It’s a ok spot for late hours in Katy. But for me The hookah service sucks. I Been twice and every time I had to wait 45 minutes or more for my paid hookah then both times they didn’t hit so I had to wait another 30 minutes-1 hour for help. Then the girls are snobby didn’t want to help. But if I pay $60 for a hookah I expect it to work. The first time I paid $60 and when I asked for a refund after waiting so long they refused. The second time I paid $30. Don’t think I’m going back.
The place to be in Katy, nothing like it. It’s a chill laid back house party vibe; good drinks, food and hookah flavors. The DJ is a vibe - he’s an honorary member of the aux cord committee ???
Clean place ! Decent vibes , after hours so it’s open after 2 until late late but the prices are legit crazy it’s after hours so prices r jacked up be prepared to spend some Mula I’ll probably be back tho lol
Not even a 1 star. A while ago, The owner gave us multiple flyers, multiple times at little Woodrow's to come check out the spot. We finally went one night after little Woodrow's closed. We actually had a decent fun time. THEN TONIGHT HAPPENED. We were in dire need of an after hours spot because we're in the Service industry and have been working really hard due the Christmas season. WE DIDNT EVEN GET IN FRONT DOOR. FIRST OFF, it's 20$ for guys & "5$" for girls. Written on a piece of paper. Which the first time there was no Cover charge. We were debating if we wanted to go in, $40 for two guys plus $10 for two females, plus the hookah which is 25ish and drinks. It seemed pricy for us when we just wanted to chill and IT WAS SO DEAD. "Security" came and proceeded to verbally attack my friend saying she was "aggressive" (which he started the conversation AND she wasn't) saying she called him names (which again she didn't) we all called him out on this and he proceeded to act like he didn't. The owner WOULDNT even listen to us. And proceeded to SMOKE HIS CIG. IN OUR FACES. We left to the front of our cars to talk about how disrespectful he was to our female friend. Then a SECOND security guard comes in "acting" like a friend. " hey uh, y'all good? They said there was some fighting happening? No? Oh well. What's up?" My friend decided to explain what had happened however so was my friend who actually was disrespected. The second "security guard" SHUSHED BOTH ME AND MY FRIEND MULTIPLE TIMES. And was SO disrespectful. Then laughed in our face and walked away. Never coming back. Always increasing prices for low budget fun.
Me and my friends traveled from New Orleans for the weekend just exploring. We were just looking for a place to have a few drinks not far from our hotel so we decided to try it out. This was the best hookah bar we have ever been to. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. we will definitely visit every time we travel there. Shoutout to the waitress she was the absolute best. If you are in the area go try it out you wont be disappointed unless you just dont wanna have a great time.
Saw the artists that play here endorsing this place for still being open despite the fact that bars shut down in response to the COVID-19 epidemic. I guess its technically not a bar but for a place that has D-level artists speaking for them, I'd do the right thing and close my doors until its safe to reopen. At least in solidarity with the fellow surrounding establishments that can't open. They'd rather help the spread of the virus though, and that deserves nothing more than a horrid 1 star review.Also seeing reviews for lack of sanitation, roaches and unsatisfactory customer service only solidifies my impression of the establishment.
This place is so rude. They stay open hours after their closing time and play loud music that can be heard for miles. Some people are trying to sleep. Service is terrible and hookah is disgusting. They don’t clean their tubes. Terrible place. They deserve to get shut down.
Horrible place. Customer service is Horrible. Manager and staff were very rude. I came with a party of 8 and all of us were talked down too.Edit to owners response: No one in my party was drunk. We walked in and you all had very bad attitudes and demanded all of us to leave which we did. No one in my party had anything bad to say to you or your staff. No one in my party sweared to you or your staff. This shows how bad of a management and owners you are. Threatening me on a google comment is just sad. Nothing I and my party did was illegal. You all are just bad people.My party were actual customers. Sending multiple bad reviews on my business just shows how desperate and sad you are.
Very high quality place! The ambience is great and the service is phenomenal. The hookah is high quality and it’s a very welcoming atmosphere.
Themed live music shows, smoothies made from scratch, and delicious Hookah under one roof. The good energy was overwhelming from the first time I walked in.There are a few things I could talk up... but ll leave it short, since you need to stop and see for yourself anyways.Best reason to take the time to stop and say hi in my opinion is You can find hookah almost anywhere. Literally. But. You can NOT find a establishment ran by good hearted positive energy people like this. Anywhere. Immediately family vibes.
