Ordered the Joy Love burger and it was pretty good. I think the chicken fingers was a bit much but overall flavor was decent. The fries weren’t my favorite either, but I’d go back to try a simpler burger. The service was quick and friendly and I went for an early dinner around 6pm and took it to go it wasn’t super busy.

Had a great meal over there. My family had been meaning to try it out for awhile and that was the day. The staff was great and the food was better. We tried a couple of different things (joy love Burger, a lone start Burger, and a chicken wrap) and nobody finished their meal... because we were to full.There is a secret menu that contains fried oreos so don't be afraid to ask.
Everything was fresh, hot and tasty. Portion size was good. I recommend if you would like to taste a home made burger. I also ordered a quesadilla which was tasty as well. I had a cheeseburger but my favorite was the longstanding burger which had BBQ sauce, grilled jalapeños and onions and pickles and bacon ... Very very tasty.
This was my first time eating here. When I arrived , Lee greeted me and she was very professional and friendly, and courteous. They had my order correct and ready within 10 minutes. The burger tasted delicious, it’s a very large size patty and they make their own buns. It was very delicious and I will definitely be back Thanks Lee!!!
Man, oh man how I really wanted to give this place 5 stars *insert sad face*First of all, I will start off by saying I cannot believe this was my first time ever eating at Joy Love Burger -WOW!A few of my friends have raved about the burgers here so I decided to give it a try. I ordered their Cheeseburger w/a side of onion rings. The food was amazingly good. The service was very quick, customer service was great, very friendly staff and the food was fresh. The onion rings were tasty and crispy. Everything a girl as hungry as I was at the time could ask for, except for ONE THING... the fountain drink machine!After I placed my order, I walked over to the drink machine and boy was it FILTHY DIRTY. When I say filthy, I mean filthy. Old splashes of drink syrup was all over the machine, something so easy to remove if someone just took the time (maybe 5 mins) to make fresh warm cleaning water and wiped it down. Old dried-up soda syrup left in the bottom of tray (gross). Listen, I know things like this get dirty daily, but this was not your average dirty drink machine - now there were obvious signs of normal wear and tear, but it was obvious that the syrup gunk has been here for well over 6 months. I said to myself that if this is what the outside looked like, I KNOW FOR SURE the inside of the machine must be worse. So of course, I attempted to opt-in on their tea machine (which is separate from the fountain drinks) and that too was disgusting (wowzers). So, well let's just say that by the end of my meal my throat was extremely DRY. :(Lesson learned - always check out the fountain machine before ordering food. OUCH.
Yum. Had the Lone Star burger with tater tots. Neither could’ve been any better. Absolutely delicious. Great bun. Great balance of condiments (I ordered mine with avocado). Tater tots were deliciously crispy. The only thing I would chance is the addition. Of some sauce for the tots - a homemade ketchup or chipotle Mayo would have been amazing.
Service is poor. Once again half my order was missing! How difficult can it be to read an order?Also one pathetic slice of processed cheese on a otherwise decent burger. Fries are good...
I don't know what or how they make they're burgers but they are sooooo deliciously seasoned!! Props to the cook!!??Never disappointed every time I place my order from here...I ate my humongous burger up so fast I forgot to take a pic...the Cajun fries are great but I usually opt for the onion rings...which are only 7 because they are HUGE!! Bun is fresh as well as toppings .. Please do yourself a favor and try one of their delicious burgers off the menu you won't be disappointed! It is a little pricey but totally understandable and worth it!
They have REALLY GOOD BURGERS here. The FRENCH FRIES are GOOD to. And they even will give you MELTED CHEESE to dip your fries in
The Katy location has been remodeled to accommodate more seating. It's nice. The burgers are the best! You can't beat that freshly made bread.
