Absolutely the worst tuna sandwich ever, bland and tasteless, just an opened can of tuna and placed on the sandwich and very fishey with an awful aftertaste, first and last time ever.
I ordered a tuna sandwich and the guy today who was in the sandwich making section didn’t put enough Tuna in my sandwich and he never used the scooping utensil he uses his hands with of course gloves! Wish he had put more Tuna meat in it!!! I Was so disappointed I know a bad review I guess Subway is better!!!
The restaurant charge twice my credit card on an order back on December 3rd, and they do not want to take responsibility. After four visits to the store nobody seems to have an idea on how to handle this kind of situation. Finally on my 4th visit was able to talked to the store manager and guess what?. Worst experience ever with the Manager. The way they are conduct business is completely unprofessional. Avoid going to this location.........
Outstanding employee story. I ordered Sandwich and drink. Kevin came as I saw him through are window from my desk. He left before coming inside only to see him return in 5 minutes. This young man stepped out of the box and purchased my drink from a store across the street. When he came back and told me if he went back to get drink from store would have taken him much longer and my sandwich wouldn’t have been fresh. This young man paid with his money to get me a drink. OUTSTANDING!!!!!! THANK YOU KEVIN!!!!
Ordered 1 sandwich at 12:22, called in to ask about my order and was told that it may be here by 1:00. If you have plenty of time to wait and don't want to eat anytime soon, then this is the place for you. They serve their sandwiches cold so that you don't have to worry about it going cold by the time they finally deliver the food. This Jimmy John's is not freakishly fast by any means.
THE PLACE (N Mason Rd) HORRIBLY STINKS!About a month ago I went to pick up my food I felt the smell I thought it might be a temporary sewage issue, now after a month I went there again and still the same horrible smell! You can not even breathe in there and seems like no one even cares!!! I feel very sorry for those poor workers who work there!
Employees are the busiest. No customer services ethics at all. 1st timmy here, looks like my last. please dont ask for help with sandwhichs because staff isn't willing to help.
Fixing a sandwich to go! Didn't forget the small things.
Turned away at door with 10 minutes to close and flipped off by worker in side. Never set foot in establishment again.
