Food was amazing and tasted as good as the hype ive heard.The banh bot chien is 100% better than tan tan because its actually tastes fresh and not stale.One star taken because their waitlist is to the restaurant to the left of the jia kitchen building which made a lot of people very confused, including myself.Looks like they also own the space to the left and connect the two spaces together but its not named jia kitchen fyi.
Went into Tan Tan Wok and it was link to Jia Kitchen with a door on the inside so they sat us at Jia Kitchen. Food was not bad with pretty generous portion. Service was ok. It feels more like a cafeteria than a restaurant with the noise level and type of service you received. Great for a very casual fast meal. Food ordered was ready really fast too.

I LOVE their duck soup!! And roti. But, seriously, Jia; what the heck kind of “chicken” is this?! I’ve seen bigger quail!! ?? did you shoot a pigeon in the parking lot?!?
My first time here to try the banh bot chien. It was okay, but kinda mushy. After I already got my plate, I heard the table come in next to me order it extra crispy! I think I would probably have enjoyed it more if I had ordered it that way... but I know for next time. The menu is quite extensive with both vietnamese and Chinese dishes.
JIA Kitchen serves up fresh and delicious Vietnamese food. The presentation and taste were good. The food was very tasty. Service was quick and courteous.
Average not surprise me. Thai tea is also not good enough. Coconut is ok
VERY OVERPRICED. Mediocre food. I’ve had several orange chickens and pineapple fried rice from Bellaire China town and this was far from the best. I paid $30 for an orange chicken and pineapple fried rice. They told me the wait time was 15 minutes; 35 minutes later I got my food. Ordered it from here and for some odd reason, they told me to pick it up from next door. Definitely not coming back.
