The workers are fast and polite. The food was absolutely amazing. It totally hit the spot.

This location is soooo slllooooowwww and stressful. Online orders trump those standing in line and They are trying to be efficient, but it’s working opposite how they intend. Make the sandwich, dress the sandwich, pay for the sandwich. Don’t cross these wires. They have 3 people asking one customer different questions, I get asked to check out before I’ve even chosen my toppings. Or sometimes I’m choosing toppings before the sandwich is cut (then repeating because they were forgotten). Then I’m walking back in line to chose or see what is available (I don’t have them committed to memory). It’s honestly stressful to get a sandwich here! Look at every other sandwich shop on the planet and learn from their process. Sandwiches are good though.

Why are they still wearing mask? I went to another jersey mikes the other day and they didn't have mask on. It's very frustrating to hear what they say sometimes. Luckily the great service and food make up for this, but I still don't understand why they still wear mask.
This location is clean and the staff is on their game! Went in on a busy Sunday, they got us in amd out with no real wait time. Sandwiches were made correctly and they they stayed up beat throughout.
Horrible service. Took over 20 minutes for 1 sandwich. They care more about online orders than they do the actual customers in the store. Witch is ridiculous. Will never come back. Even spoke to other people in line who agreed 100 percent. People in store should take priority over online orders.
Phenomenal experience!! I come here A LOT.... like A LOT! Always a great experience. This location has change management a few times and I have to say I think they found themselves a keeper! The new GM, Antonio, Cierra are always welcoming and so friendly. Wont ever stop visiting this place! Highly recommended!
Get the Mike's way any giant and you will be able to tell the bread is fresh, the meats are thin and the flavor is plenty!
