Not like the Jax of Cypress. I drove out from Cypress to try the new location. Took forever to order and it was not close to busy. Cheeseburger with cheese, ketchup, and bacon only. Fries. Drink. Finally paid. Go to get a soda. It's out. They fix the Dr Pepper only to tell me they are out. No big deal I'll get another drink. My next drink is the same as the Dr Pepper. Not worth telling them I grab a water. Mind you the soda was $3.50. My food finally comes out. Remember took FOREVER for him to put Cheese ketchup and bacon only on the ticket. He immediately knew the kitchen messed up. But at this point too many mistakes for a place with only 4 customers. I got my refund and grabbed an amazing burger right down the street. Too many options for such poor service!

First time here. My wife and I came for lunch. We were greeted by the manager at the register. He was very friendly and helpful.We ordered the southwest eggrolls as an appetizer. I ordered their in between nashville hot and buffalo chicken sandwich with fried okra. My wife oredered their Jax's famous nachoes. We both got fountain drinks. It was a nice day so we chose to eat outside.All of the food came at once. The egg rolls were crunchy and tasted good and served with a cilanto ranch dressing (also good). The chicken sandwich was very tasty and not very hot (spicy) but had a good flavor and well cooked (not greasy at all). The okra was good and fresh. The nachoes were fresh, crisp, well prepared and tasted very good.We left with to go boxes but very happy with the full experience. This location is also veteran managed. We found that out though conversation with some of the staff.
Order the JAX Nachos and they were good...Hubby had IN between Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Southwest egg rolls..The entrance can be a bit confusing however management on duty was friendly in making suggestions.
Worst seafood in Katy . Ordered 2 seafood orders and were the worst . Catfish was bland and lack flavor . Size was ridiculous and battered . Had to force myself to eat . Burgers for kids were good so family was happy.
Food is average at best. I had a caesar salad that had water in the bottom of the bowl and onion rings with hardly any flavor. I've been twice to give it a shot, but likely will not be back.
Our bartender was Ashton and she was amazing. The food was great! The music was terrific (#FM Radio). Had a great time!
It’s ok. Not great but not bad.There’s nothing really to set Jax apart from the many similar places in the area.Service was good, prices were reasonable but the burger was on the dry side and the fries were a bit limp.
Walked in, wasn't crowded, and the person at the cash register didn't even know we were there. Another staff alerted her. Then our order was incomplete. When we were called to pick it up, one of the two dinner items we ordered was missing. The guy started making it immediately, but we had to go back in line to the cashier so she could place the order. We had also ordered a starter, which we got. The people we were dining with ordered a Jax burger, asked for no mayo. They got - a bun and a patty, nothing else! Food was as expected for this type of restaurant.
The food was good , but the galtaking our order got flustered with the register and making a substitution and dropped the “f” bomb under her breath. We are an older couple and in no way appreciated how she behaved.
