This review is long overdue. I only visit this location. The first time I visited was to pick up an order for someone, she always buys their soup and salad. Adeline assisted me and she was really nice. Since it was my first time there she gave me a free drink. A couple months later I decided to eat there, and I called to get some suggestions.Trevor answered, and suggested the Papa Joe's sandwich and that's what I ordered. The sandwich is delicious, and I have been visiting since that day. Hazel and Sandra are wonderful, and they are both always so pleasant. They always greet me with a smile and they remember the way I like my order. Hazel and Sandra always provide excellent customer service.
I’ve eaten at Jason’s Deli in Katy many times for lunch during the past few years. I’ve eaten at a few locations in Houston as well.I’ve always found the food to be very fresh with great customer service! The prices are also reasonable even with inflation right now. The food is delivered quickly with friendly and helpful staff!I had food catered and delivered to my company a few times and never had any issues. I order the Mediterranean turkey wrap and tortilla soup. Save room for the soft serve ice cream next to the drink area. Delicious!!They’re always busy at lunch which proves most people love the food and outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend Jason’s Deli to anyone looking for a healthy and well priced meal.

We went to get a corned beef sandwich for St. Patrick's day because my wife thought that there was a special.There wasn't so we ordered a Reuben off the menu. We could have done the build your own sandwich and saved money. We had never been and the menu is confusing. The person at the register offered zero help. The sandwich was good but not worth going back.
Completely unacceptable business. We ordered a delivery weeks in advance for a delivery time of 11:15, and the food was not delivered for nearly an hour and a half after the scheduled time. When we called at 11:20, the manager said the food was just ten minutes away. When we called the delivery driver 30 minutes later - after the scheduled delivery time- he said that the food was 10 minutes multiple times. The food was always ten minutes away, and never delivered. DO NOT order from this location.
Had the baked potato brisket and the baked potato chicken for $21. The customer service was ok but the food on the other hand, was hot but it was not satisfying. Too sweet for mine and the chicken was bland for my wife so she took the chicken out. I just at around the cheese and brisket.
Delicious food and amicable workers. Had a lovely lunch with my family. Food is ready fast and superb customer service
We love Jason's...delicious food, fresh, and healthy choices. We especially love the salad bar. PLEASE, PLEASE put peas back on the bar!
