I love how quickly they sent my order but this bowl was drowned in honey. I couldn’t even eat it because it was WAY too sweet. And the ginger shot they sent me tasted nothing like the ginger shots I’ve had at other jambas so that I didn’t finish either. I’m not going to try this store again. It was a waste of $20
There was a Karen situation yesterday and the Assistant Manager and Employees did a fantastic job with de-escalation and were very professional! Manager did a great job choosing employees. I spoke to them afterwards and they were very friendly and had a positive attitude.Will keep coming back. I look forward to seeing them again :-)
I think... I saw two workers kiss in the back. They got up really fast when they heard me come in. They acted like nothing happened.EW! Unacceptable! They looked older, maybe 20.
Seriously have only ever seen maybe 5 different employees here. I have a feeling that this means they are overworked. Aside from that problem, the service here is great. Ian was very kind to me and called me ma'am. Josh helped me a lot and I could have sworn he was the manager. When he told me he was not I was surprised -- I guess I ever see the manager work here then. I went another morning and a girl named Lina was helpful. I also met Jayden. Other than them, I have seen maybe a few other employees. Whoever the manager is, please hire more people. These children like very good workers and are very friendly and smart. They have lots of potential and should not be overworked at their day job that they are using to save up for college or some other expenses. I hope these kids also get some sort of raise for working so much. Especially the few I mentioned. Heck, give all the kids a raise. I wouldn't be surprised if "The Great Resignation" hit them as well. I'm sure these young professionals could find some sort of internship or higher paying job, but they choose to stay. Without a raise though, prepare to lose some employees. While I'm at it (even though this isn't a big deal) it is a shame that you are making these poor kids wear masks yet again. At least let them show vaccination proof so they don't have to or make it optional.Final input: Manager should step it up, give them raises, and hire more employees. Current employees are fantastic and friendly, but seem overworked. Always see the same few faces.
Spotted a kid who passed out today working here, so 1 star for employee safety. Other than that, it was decent, and I had an ok time with my family.
Just now getting around to writing this review...Josh always knows my order! The other day I saw that he knew the order for a woman in front of me in line as well. He is a very charming and charismatic young man! He makes all the girls smile ?Well done Jamba!
Went in here in the afternoon and was not even greeted. Being the only customer entering, I would assume they could put their phones down and acknowledge someone coming in. The girl wearing a camo shirt did not even ask to take my order, I had to go up to one of the registers and ask for help while she just looked at her phone. She just stared at me the whole time like she couldn't wait till I was done. Worse costumer service. A little tip, don't work in a place where you need that if you're going to have a stick face all day!
Went at 7:45 tonight and they were already closed. Bummer!
Seems healthy and on taste section it's a 4 for me. My passenger gave it a 10.
They always know my order! Sometimes I’ll see them starting it as I’m walking up to the door! Best service ever. My one issue is this: It’s August now and it’s been over a year since the pandemic. Why have they started making their poor teen employees wear masks again? Unbelievable! I love the employees, but come on management! Now I can’t see their lovely smiles and I can barely understand them at the register, not to mention, some of them wear them under their noses because why wouldn’t you? Ridiculous. Wake up, the pandemic is over! At least let the vaccinated choose. I really wanted to always love Jamba, but because of this, I’ve got new views on their management team.
