Every time I come here for lunch they are never busy but always forget done if my food. Today I ordered 2 sourdough jack meals and tiny tacos and 6 regular tacos. Confirmed the order on the screen, payed for it all, got back to work and..... No tacos! 6 tacos bought and paid for, noone else in line and they didn't make it in the bag. Tried to call to let them know and the phone line is busy, all 10 times I tried to get through. No more. I'm not going to that store again.
Just got the Deluxe Fish Sandwich Combo it was hot and fresh the fries too! ?
i like this jack in the box, the food is really good, and it is always clean the mgr. always wants to make sure it is, everyone is nice, very professionals, thank you ?
Got double charged for a meal have a look, called to let them know and phone is not working or always stays in the busy tone 24/7
I waited in the drive through for 35 minutes. Customer service is not a strong point. The cashier was rude and had an attitude about being asked for ketchup. Will not visit this location again.
On 1/15/2022 In the drive thru, 2:18am surprisingly the line was short and quick, only problem is when I got my Supreme Croissant the bread and cheese was stiff and cold. They just slapped on the food without heating it. Name on receipt: Devin and I notice a young girl at the window assisting also. Poor service and poor food quality.
This is the only Jack in The Box that I visit. Devin and Dooa are amazing. They greet you with a smile and they are always happy to help their customers. They both work pretty fast and my order is always accurate. Dooa and Devin always provide excellent customer service.

Poorly trained staff, or just simply unmotivated. No masks or gloves used by food preparer. Slow and unprofessional.
