If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Churros were either overcooked or cooked in old grease. Tacos had little to no meat in them. Loaded fries has little cheese and no bacon. I am so upset that I wasted my money. And this was AFTER going in because the order was incorrect at first. Tried contacting this location to speak with a manager but the call wouldn’t even go through due to their phone either being disconnected or off. Never coming back to this location. I have been repeatedly disappointed. And don’t comment on this telling me to fill out the contact form. I’m already ahead of you.
This was the worst jack in the box I've been to. Usually the food is good. I drip by thus morning for breakfast and it was horrible. I ordered the big breakfast that comes with the minnie pancakes . The pancakes were hard. The sausage was cooked too much. The best thing in that order was the hash brown. The coffee wasn't hot, and the reg size looks small. Was not worth the money.
This location deserves no stars. The late night crew was extremely rude. Food seemed to be thrown in the bag. Was told they only had burgers and nothing else. Waited 30 min to get 2 cold Jumbo Jack's and a coke. I understand that they get busy in the late hours; however they chose to do this job. Date 1/30/2022 Time 1:40am Employee Juan.
I do not know why I even keep going to this location..I guess it is with the hopes of the service being better..tonight I ordered a jumbo jack and all I got was meat and bread..not even napkins or ketchup..normally I order egg rolls buy I chose not to cuz even time I order I never get sweet and sour sauce ..
Awesome flavor and much needed after working late. Got then munchie meal and 6pc chicken strips. They forgot the tacos ?
I order tacos and the tacos were old and with no cheese, i also order eggrolls and they were burned, i ask for a diet coke and they give me root beer with no ice, the guy who was taking order in the drive true was so rude and with no care about customer service, i do work in a food company as well and this is totally disappointing from this place… never come back again
We ordered the mini taco big box which according to TRANS there sign in the drive thru comes in a box of 25 and three dipping sauces. We only got 15 in a hamburger box and only taco sauce in orange packets. Then when we were home and tried to call there was no answer at the store. Don't go to this location they cheat customers.
The young boys on the night crew are extremely lazy and rude. The big guy in the back cooks everything they think they'll need for the shift beforehand and once that's all gone they tell you they're out of everything. Poor managementEdit: visited as a delivery driver today and received even worse service. I never received the customers order as they cleared a busy drive thru and lobby and completely ignored my existence. This is by FAR THE WORST MANAGED RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO and I've been to horrible ones. You need a complete overhaul on staff.
Normally i have an understanding for late-night employees, being one myself, but this experience lowered my expectations tremendously.I ordered the number 1 with no sauce, specified no sauce, and it was listed on the receipt. When i recieved the burger, it had an excessive amount of sauce, and when i tried to salvage it, i realized itd been put on both buns. The sauce makes me nauseous, and i wasnt able to eat the burger.I wouldnt bother with this if i thought it was a mistake, but it seemed like someone did this intentionally because the sauce is usually not on both buns. I try to have sympathy as a frequent customer to this location and as a food service employee, but this was too much.
The line at the drive thru was too long. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get my order. The service was slow and that pluck combo is not as advertised. I initially was going to go to Whataburger but saw the line was long and decided to go here. Bad idea. The chicken sandwich looked as if they took a teaspoon of sauce and put it on the chicken with some nasty pickles. I am never going to this location again. The line was wrapped around the front of the building, that's how slow the service was here. This was at 11pm.
