Totally unprofessional service in the night shift. I waited about 20mts before and can place and order and after my order was taken I was asked to hold a minute. I stood by for 5 mts, finally I was to repeat my order and was again placed on hold. I finally said just forget it!! Is not the first time this happens so, I'm not sure why this place opens 24hrs if it can not meet the demands.
Hit or miss here. It's often overwhelmed bc of a skeleton staff. Be prepared to wait. The bacon isn't great here.

I come on Saturday, and the manger gabby was great. A man was cuss and screaming at her and she was very professional with the way she talked to him. If I was her I would have told him to leave too. Everyone make mistakes no her fault the bored was marked wrong. The man need to just leave and no cuss at her. She was only doing her job.
Only 1 person works at night. 5cars in line took 1hr to order extremely slow. Been this way for a few months no changes made
Visited this location twice in 2020 and 2022. Both times after midnight. Could see employees inside but they didn't respond and they appear busy PREPARING FOOD! - though the drive through window. Question is, who are they making food for if they ignore customers?
If I could have given this place zero stars, I would have. I have never encountered the level of ignorance as I did on December 30, 2021 at 11:30 pm. My husband and I placed a simple order and it was explained that they were out of several of the items. Whomever was taking the orders proceeded with sarcasm and it was explained to her that her sarcasm was not needed and she continued with nastiness. It was later determined that she was one of the managers and has several arm tattoos. I would like to address this concern with the general manager of this establishment and I look forward to hearing from you all soon
