Whatever you do, DO NOT COME AT NIGHT!!! Came here at 2 am on a Friday, again on a Saturday no line, no service! I was acknowledged after a couple minutes and was told, "Hello, I'll help you when I can" ten minutes when by and no help... NO Service!! Will not return!! Another time I was told only serving mobile orders??? Why did I even give them another chance??? Corporate needs to look into this location ASAP!!!
My husband and son stopped today around 5 and this is what my son was given to eat.My husband was told there was no management and the girl who made the burgers just tossed her hands up and full of excuses.We will not be returning ?
This location is tough. It says 24 hours but I have driven by on multiple occasions and had no one answer the drive thru.Today 1008 pm I came through and an employee explained to me that they are only accepting Door Dash and Uber Eats orders. No drive thru orders.I recommend just going to the Saums and Fry location. There is usually more of a line, but I think it's because other people have figured out you are much more likely to get your food at a location other than this one.
today April 1, 2022 at 7:40 am I went for my breakfast and received the worst customer service! I don't know her name but you will know her by her eyelashes! she is working in the wrong place because it is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! And of course I told her that she had to have better customer service, she gave me my order like this!!!! another lady works in this place she has black hair and she has a best costumer service she should come back!!!!!

Every time I come to this Jack In The Box, it always says that it’s closed or they’re only taking orders through door dash/ Uber eats. I really wish they would update their hours to accommodate those who are coming off late night shifts so I can avoid wasting time and gas.

Phone turned off, having to wait through long drive thru line twice because of them not giving us all of our food, screw this store and it’s management
Food was ok and the line went fast. They also got my order right so that's always a big plus.
