My wife and I ordered two Muffalettas. When we got home with them, the first sandwich must’ve been so hot that when it was placed in the styrofoam container and the lid closed, the styrofoam melted on top of the sandwich. Needless to say, it didn’t taste too good. Both sandwiches had one thin slice of salami(??) and one thin slice of ham with some cheese. Nothing like the picture in the menu. Very disappointed. Definitely will not be going back again.
I walked in the pizzeria one time to get a pizza, not satisfied at all. New management must have destroyed the whole place. Not only did the prices increase dramatically, but the inside is absolutely disgusting. I’ve been ordering here for years and I noticed the horrible changes. I walked in to pick up my food and noticed 2 little roaches at the counter corners. I’m not sure who the new owner is, but he’s most definitely not doing a good job. Health department should check it out ASAP as well. As for the food, not worth spending money at that place at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
One of the best kept secrets in Katy. Owner and employees are very nice and pizza OMG is so very good! If u are tired of the big pizza chains,then this place is a must try place to eat pizza! U won't be disappointed.
I’m going to be honest, the customer service is trash! My wife and I ordered from here a couple times and we tried to give them a chance again today, but they failed! I told my wife to hang up mid order because the women was super rude when we asked general questions. The menu is always “updated”, they up charge most of their customers, and take over an hour for delivery every time. They also mess up the order 90% of the time and it takes so long to come at that point you don’t even care cause your just soo hungry! Would NOT recommend if you in the area.
Not a great experience here. My family ordered delivery through the website tonight. First, a while after we placed the order (around the time it should have left the restaurant), we got a call from the restaurant that there was some mixup in the kitchen so they hadn’t started making the entrees on the order; so the delivery will be an extra 20-25 minutes. Ok, no problem, mistakes happen.When it gets to us, the two entrees we ordered (other side items were ordered as well) were both made with incorrect items added to them. We specifically unchecked the mushrooms and onions that come standard on the chicken parmesan (because onions and mushrooms on chicken parm just seem out of place, and my wife dislikes both). It, instead, was full of both (see accompanying pic). The other main entree was a chicken alfredo; on which we also carefully unchecked the mushrooms; yet also arrived with many mixed throughout.$50+ later and I’m currently watching my wife make a bowl of cereal for dinner. I also tried using the contact form on their website to make them aware of the problems; but every time I submitted the form it didn’t go through. Why have a contact form that doesn’t work?Oh well, lesson learned. Caveat emptor.
I’ve been here multiple times. Delivery and carry out, each time has been amazing! The staff on the inside is very nice and keeps you updated on your order. Delivery is also fast and the food is hot and fresh! They’ll continue to have my business! ?
Someone came and put a flyer on my door today. I went ahead and tried to order with them, and they would not accept the coupon that was just placed on my door. They informed me those are old flyers, said they would honor the discount, asked for my card number and ended up finding out there was no discount and they could not honor it. Just bad business. Gained a customer from the advertising, and then lost it quick!
They couldn't even nail an easy recipe to make: worst Chicken Alfredo I've ever had. Did they boil the chicken and just dumped on the pasta? cause that's what it taste like. Don't bother. Save your money. Go to olive garden. At least you'll know what you are getting every time.
Hello everyone. Italian pizza and pasta has been a staple in the Katy area for awhile now, and there has been some negative reviews in the past but I’m glad to finally say that now it’s under new management as of this week and things will be ALOT better from here on out. The new owners are such great people, they have been very encouraging, genuine and kind to me over the years. They are very straightforward and honest business people. They have their priorities straight in order to make sure that the food is the freshest and tastiest it’s ever been, as well as making sure the customer service is the best it’s ever been. Support your local businesses. Please. COVID-19 has hit and taken away so much from so many people. Do your part in order to help others regain and prosper! I recommend everyone to try out this place again and see the difference for themselves!
Ordered pizza, fries & 20 oz soda. They told me I would have my food by 9:35, got it at 10:00. They gave me a can soda. The fries were cold, soggy & had no seasoning. AND THE PIZZA had a darn roach in the box. NEVER AGAIN!!! I want to give no stars, but the system makes me. This is disgusting!
