I understood the kitchen being behind. But, when the meal came. It didn't look like 2 eggs and hash browns were burnt. Whoever cooked the hot cakes did a great job. Meghan our waitress was very nice. Another party had ordered a bacon omelet. It looked like one and a half eggs. They talked to the manager and stormed out. If it was not for Meghan we would have left also.
The worst service. The young lady working the door has a horrible attitude. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my online order just for them to mess it up completely, my sons and part of my wife’s food was missing, they another tray on top on my omelette and it flattened it(see picture). I came back and took them another 20 minutes to “try” and make it. I asked for a refund and it took them another 15-20 minutes for the manager to come process it. Smh.
They always have a long wait to be seated even though there are lots of empty tables and staff standing around doing nothing. Front desk person has an attitude and tries to convince you to leave. She forces you to wait in the 10x10 waiting area with 4 other families if you want a table. They won’t take your phone number to call you when table is ready. You have to sit within her eyesight packed in like sardines. Then she stands around doing nothing with tables that need to be cleaned right next to her.
This location really need some work. Food was tasteless, when I got my food my plate was missing the hash browns when I got them, they were not even fully cooked. I went in during happy hours, ordered from happy hour menu and still got charged for full price.
1 star because I've waited a hour & a half to just get my food. My waitor was great. Nice. Polite, he even made some of the food himself because his whole team was just falling apart. We heard complaining from the kitchen, as well as witnessing employees clocking out! This ihop is falling apart & would not recommend going here for breakfast. Shout out to Troy for trying his best & making some food himself.
It's sad how this restaurant has gone down the tubes, I used to love coming here but the other day when we were here it was just us and another couple in the restaurant it took over 45 minutes to get my wife's food and the waitress said I will be right back with your food and did not return for over 15 minutes. Needless to say the food was sent back we paid for what my wife got and we left. We'll never go back to this IHOP ever again.
Our Server God bless him was doing the best he could. Thank you Major. Staff was all around with no direction. . 3 people at a cash register when 3 to 4 tables needed to be cleaned. I understand that most places are under staffed. I didn't complain that our food took about 45 min to get to us. I get it under staffed or employees with no direction or better yet a manager that doesn't know how to manage. My biggest issue was we waited all that time then the server tells my wife that they gave her order to another customer and that there cooking up another one.Really? Will never go back to this IHOP again. Any one reading this..Go at you own risk.
To go order placed on the app at 11:16. Called at the scheduled pickup of 11:36 where the employee who answered the phone told me it would be 30 MORE minutes before my food would be ready. Sat in curbside for 30 minutes and called back. Did not get food until 12:14. When I did, everything was soggy like it had been sitting in the steamy boxes since 11:30.When I got home, several items were missing. When I came back to get the rest of the order, the person who says they were the manager did not know what the advertised syrup caddie on the mobile app even was.Maybe this is my fault. Maybe the curbside spots aren’t for curbside pickup. Maybe I’m supposed to verify the order item by item before I leave the lot.I was going to go back but I’m too angry. If I go to the restaurant to air my grievances, I’m going to have a hard time staying calm.That said, the staff seemed like they were trying but just not succeeding. I agree with the reviews that seem to indicate a management or hiring problem. I can’t tell if the staff is just drowning or just disorganized. Either way, it looks like a management problem to me.
IHOP is one of my favorite franchise places to get food. But this one was a complete let down. Seating I'll say 4 stars. Service 2 stars we waited over 25 minutes to get our order taking them after we are another 25 minutes waiting for the check.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We showed up with hardly anyone inside. We had to wait 8 min for a table. Then, our server kept trying to rush us to order right after we sat down with 3 kids. We put in an order and then our server goes home sick. She introduced us to a new server who NEVER checked on us. While we waited for 45 min for cold food to be served, we heard the manager complain to servers how she was firing someone. Then heard the front girl whine and say she hates her job while another server was telling her to stop.If it wasn’t for the fact we had our kids with us, we would have just left after waiting 30 min for food.Food was cold and just not that good.When we asked for our check, the server asked us who our server was, and we had to remind him that he was supposed to be our server.We will NEVER go back to this establishment. Worst service and experience ever.
