Unorganized! I told a waitress to give me a few minutes until my guests arrives.Not even a minute and a half later she came back again demanding for us to order a drink. I let her know that my guests are not here she rolled her eyes and walked away.... We left
I like this place, the best wings around, the cake is great, the amount of TV's is perfect, the people they hire are mostly great(some are a little awkward), I never notice any problems with food safety or anything, I just always want more than I'm able to get. Like they got rid of the menus, and they don't ask enough if there is anything else I'd like, cause I love everything they have here, but they usually just stop taking my order or walk off in the middle of it when it gets around 30-40 dollars or so. I recommend the fried pickles, the smoked wings are pretty good, the desserts are all great. It bothers me a little that they don't have carrots with the celery, I love celery and carrots with wings. They carry O'douls. So many positives, if only they asked "anything else" at the "end" of the order, they'd be 5 stars. Updated to be 3 stars wish it could be 3.5, I don't like that generic response, strive to be better or at least say something that isn't effectively the same as "TLDR". This place needs an update on the decor as well. This whole restaurant suffers from amotivational syndrome(and I know, I'm a professional restaurant manager), I just want to be able to spend more money here.
Went in tonight for a late night dinner . There were only 4 tables occupied . Our waitress Madi had way more interest in flirting at another table where she stayed the entire time we were there . We asked if A TV could be switched the the Astros game , she never came back with a response . Our food came out , another waitress yelled for her to come grab it . She responded “ok” , but kept chatting with the guys . The other waitress delivered our food minus my side salad . When Madi decided to bring my salad , we had no utensils to eat our food which was (by that point) getting cold . While eating , another waitress yelled to Madi “come bust your table” to which she responded, “I’m not doing that right now , if you want it done , do it yourself !” She finally came to check on us & I asked for our tab . When delivering our tab , she stated that she didn’t forget about our Astros game request , but they weren’t showing it .This seemed to be more of a “hook-up” bar than a restaurant as there was another waitress (African American lady) seated at another table by the door with men as well .Would give Madi zero stars , but the food was ok once we got it .
Out of all the Hooters I’ve been to, this has got to be the worst one. It was not even a busy night for them. And it took over 40mins to get my food. I ordered boneless wings and fries. Doesn’t take that long to drop some pre-cook food in the fryer. The bartender must have thought I would be inlay with her putting my order in late. No ma’am. I will never visit this establishment again in my life.

Wings were good and hot, but I ordered 10 and only 9 came out, however, they definitely made up for it! I recommend this location.

This location is FAR better than others I've been to over the last few years. Good food, cold beer, and they show the UFC's. Nice layout so you can see tv's from pretty much anywhere in the place. If your going to Hooters I'd recommend this be the one.
