Phenomenal burgers and more. Hat Creek really impressed me with their menu full of delicious gluten free options to include gluten free buns for the burgers and all their sides are gluten free to include their regular and loaded fries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and allergy issues- really made us comfortable knowing it was a safe bet.Everything was absolutely delicious and puts Hat Creek on our go-to list in Katy.The menu is uncluttered and offers several different options for burgers that inspires you to try each one. They have beer on draft as well as wine and canned adult beverages. Unlimited soft drinks to include iced tea.Service is friendly and fast. Reasonable prices. Indoor and outdoor seating. Playground for the kids. Outdoor seating has fans to keep you cool while you watch the game or kids playing. The playground features a slide and ramp for climbing.Clean restrooms with changing tables in the mens and ladies room.Handicap accessible parking and building.
Burgers were pretty good. Cashier was nice and upbeat. Keep in mind, if you dine in, this place caters to FAMILIES (especially ones with kids).So if you want a quiet, adult-oriented spot, this is not the place. There were probably a dozen and a half kids when I went last Thursday after work. The place is not big, so it was very crowded and with screaming kids running around everywhere.... it really took away from the experience for me.Other than that, the fry sauce was really good. Burgers were cooked well and really tasty.
1st time trying out Hat Creek and I was a bit intimated by all the people letting their kids run around in the play area, made it look way busy. No one was really eating so it seemed as though people were waiting for their food and it was going to take forever to get a burger.But I went inside and found no one in line. Ordered the original burger, first one on the menu, and some tots.Got my drink, grabbed some sauces unique to Hat Creek, and found my seat. Shortly after trying the "Pepper Sauce", "Hat Sauce", and "Fry Sauce" my food had arrived. I'd say it took about five minutes. Very fast!Let me tell you, the first bite into this double cheeseburger, I forgot about the sauces. The other people in the restaurant were non existent and my senses went on overload! I may have found my new favorite burger place in Katy. This is without a doubt the best burger I've had at a non fast food restaurant....ever? Maybe? I could have eaten three of these burgers they are so good!Give Hat Creek a shot, I want this place to be around for a long time!!!
Burger and tots were great! But the absolute BEST part was Tameka at the register! What a friendly, nice and amazing person!
The food is the only reason I return to this place customer service has always been a below par,Today this has changed, thanks to Mr Riley the assistant manager. Riley’s customer service and hospitality are absolutely incredible! Thank you so much!
Kids loves the playground! Dining area was kept clean and staff was most friendly. The GM pours a perfect draft beer too! Appreciate the customer service!
This place has been disappointment back to back. Stopped coming here a while back after my order’s got messed up numerous visits and Now I decided to give them another try at 9:30 a.m I pull up only to see that they changed there hours to opening at 11 a.m. I will not return ever again!

Have had the pleasure of visiting this location a few times. Reasonably priced “better” fast food burger place. Family friendly with outdoor options. Look forward to going back.
This place is awesome the double hat cheeseburger is amazing and I love that you can get French fries or tater tots for your side they also serve breakfast and tacos and so much more this is what Katy needed because it has a playground for the kids and ice cold beer for the adults as well as delicious food and fast friendly service!
