Totally phenomenal experience! The greeter was very cheerful and welcoming. Our server was courteous, helpful and very personable. There was additional staff and the manager came by to see we were enjoying our experience. The food was great. The service was excellent. And even the restroom was top notch. We will totally be returning and will bring along friends and family.
Service was really good. We ordered 4 portions of soup. Tom Yum, Green Pepper, Classic Spicy and Tomato base soup. However, the soup top up was only available for the tomato. The rest of the soup base was topped up with just water. They kept topping up water for the Tom yum soup base so much so that the soup was tasteless and we didn’t eat it. Ordering was easy through the iPad. There a robot that delivers the food.
I went here based on the reviews and I can say it didn’t disappoint! My first time and here’s what you can expect. Parking is free but during weekends or busy hours it gets packed. Once you walk in, host will greet you and ask if it’s your first time or not and seat you right away. Your waiter is a minute behind the host to give you the run down of how everything works and gives you an apron. You can choose up to 4 different broth flavors then go into meat and sides. All done on tablet. If you get the dancing noodles, it’s handmade in front of you as the host and noodles dance away to stretch. The food quality and the service are awesome. Great experience. Definitely going back.
Wanted to try this place for a while due to all the hype.The food was good and the service was efficient, but perhaps there was just too much hype. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the food; the soup was tasty and the meat and veggies were fresh. But it just didn't go above and beyond other hotpot places around town.What was really cool was the atmosphere and the 4 soup option. They're definitely trying to give you the best upscale hotpot experience here. The sauce bar has a huge selection, so you can mix and match to make your own concoction.Overall we were satisfied with our meal. The ambiance was fun and so was the food!
Tried it and loved it. One of the newest HaiDiLao Hot Pot restaurants in the United States. Located in a beautiful and growing city of Katy Texas. This famous restaurant is a must go for big 4+ members family and/or friends or couples. Cost about 25-30 dollar per person depending on what you order or want to eat. They have an excellent ? customer service. Big shout out to Wendy and Kevin making killings sauce. The restaurant is very clean inside, seating , chairs and especially the restrooms. They actually have a very nice restroom. Overall the food is very good and very fast. There is a robot delivery your order. The server is tentative. Come by and check out yourself. Recommended making a reservation because you will wait in the lines. Highly recommended. ?
My first hot pot and definitely will not be my last. We tried 2 broths and an assortment of proteins and vegetables, plus the sauce bar… the variety of choices is incredible and the quality of ingredients is top notch. The service was even more impeccable than the food from the moment you walk in the door. Big shout out to our server Vi for being incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating.
Had an amazing time having lunch with friends. Service was impeccable, food was great, and our New Years show was a blast. Can’t wait to come back for another visit. Don’t be afraid to let your meat cook in the soup, loose it, and you’ll get it back in the end.
I love this place so much. The food is so good and top notch. They serve quality food. I also love how child friendly this place is. My child eats free everytime and gets a free toy. Very attentive servers. Shirley is our favorite server.
We came here for lunch on Saturday. They opened at 11am but we had to wait online like 30 minutes before we came at 12:45pm. We ordered 2 broths: tomato and mala with less numb. Then we ordered seafood combo, lamp, fatty beef brisket and chicken cheese balls. Between these 2 broths, tomato one is better and very flavorful. My birthday is on that day so my friend secretly bought me a birthday cake and handed to our server. After we finished our lunch, they came out with a group of 3 employees and brought me the cake and opened a birthday song for me. I had a fun and happy experience here. Their service deserved beyond 5 stars.
This place was delicious and a great experience for the whole family. My friends went recently and had to bring me since I love hot pot. First off this restaurant is spotless. From the sauce station, bags for your masks, and spotless meat/veggie trays. We ordered the double meat combo, boneless short rib and pork tenderloin combo. The cuts were so fresh, tender and perfect for your broths. They don't have Chinese watercress here, but the crown daisy came close. We opted for the pork bone, spicy pork, classic spicy and the Tom Yum soup bases. Yes you have the option of getting 4 and if you have a large party I highly recommend it. The server that comes out and does the noodle dance was definitely fun. We really enjoyed our experience here. The servers were great, meats were delicious and the different broths added some great flavor. If you come during lunch you probably don't need reservations, but for dinner its definitely recommended. The dining experience is great for children as well as they feature a fun robot that brings over your meats and veggies.
