I live in St. Louis Missouri, I come to HEB when I visit my sister in Houston. I always stock up on the HEB brand Salsa. Its by far the best store bought salsa I have ever had. It's just a bummer that we do not have an HEB closer, it's the best grocery store ever!!
Not as varied a selection as im used to at other locations. Juices were low in stock so i grabbed one and found it to be expired when I got home. The employees are all very nice though.
They always have everything I need. The bakery and deli are both amazing. I have ordered cakes and sandwich trays from the deli for parties. They have never disappointed. I recently started doing curbside and its very convenient. Wesley is always very kind and quick to load everything in my trunk. The cashiers are always very polite as well.
Easy to find their great selection of products in a clean, well-run location contributing to their reputation of being the best grocery chain in the country.Their Mi Tienda product line has amazing meats and seasonings.
I love coming to this store front I move to Texas. I'm ready fond of this location in Katy because you have a lot of vegan options. I actually never even heard of HEB before until I moved to this state but the point of me placing a review iew today is because a young man name Ray gave me eye contact in communicating with me on today. eye contact is very important to me we dealing with any customer! great customer service Ray!
I just moved to Texas and decided to try HEB. It's a rather large store. It was busy but not too bad when I shopped. Lots of fresh foods. Not that expensive. Very clean. Sadly, no one asked if I needed help. I will go back in the future.
Im a frequent shopper at this location. Love the service, love the selections and availability. When/If there is an error with my curbside order, I call them on the phone and they rectify the issue immediately with either a refund for a missing item or offer for me to come pick up whatever was missing. Good enough for me! Also, we order all of our cakes from this bakery, including my granddaughters 1st birthday cake!
