First and last time in this place. I took my entire family to have bubble tea today. I also invited our friends to try this place ( we were 10 people). My daughter’s drink was very bitter so I asked the ladies to change it for another one. They told me that they had to charge me for the new drink. I asked to speak to the Manager and they told me the manager was on a trip ( yeah, right).
Neat small restaurant with a few tables. Delicious Vietnamese and Korean fusion food. Great customer service and happy customers. Unfortunately, they ran out of rice. Will go back and try a rice bowl in future.
I really love the location of this store and their tea is really really good, but whenever ordering through their website for pick up they always forget a topping if I select multiple. I got a strawberry green tea with strawberry heart jelly and boba, but there wasn’t any heart jelly in my drink. I would recommend just going in and ordering because I have only had problems with their online ordering.
This was my first and my last visit. I went in to get one drink and waited for 15 minutes before I ask for a refund and left. When I walked in there was a rush. Once the rush of people left, it was just me and two other people who had ordered ahead of time. The three employees that were there, one decided to leave, one was in the back cooking, and the other was just washing dishes. Considering I only had one drink they should have made it instead of allowing me to wait 5 more minutes but they decided not to. Bad Customer service.
Love the boba- the drinks here are amazing. Don't go on the weekends though. The young lady at the front with the nose ring is SO RUDE! The first time this happened, I was like ok maybe she's having a bad day. But every time I come in here on a weekend she's working I have to deal with someone with who treats you like absolute trash and makes it seem like the worst thing you could do is ask her take your order. I even started liking up what I wanted before I even walked in in the hopes that ordering faster would possibly have her treat me at least halfway decent-nope! It's gotten to the point where I just down the street to the other shop on Saturdays.
Wait, the BBQ pulled pork Bang Mi here is INCREDIBLE. The meat was well roasted and tender and like the best banh mi it was PACKED with flavor. I usually judge a tapioca place by their iced coffee and the one here is 5/5. Not overpowering of coffee and not too sweet! Great spot!
I had Thai Iced tea and it was pretty good. My kids get boba drinks from here about twice a week. They love it.
We finally tried this place out. Clean cute spot. The food was hot and very flavorful. Good portions. Lunch date with my husband. Definitely be back again .
Sandwiches and boba tea are excellent! The service is quick and the place is cute and appears to be clean. The popcorn chicken was ok - it tasted a bit starchy. We’ll be back for the sandwiches and boba drinks!
I had the grilled bbq pork, combo banh mi, and popcorn chicken. All were very tasty. I love the banh mi baguette bread as it was soft and not hard and flaky, which can cut the inside of your mouth if you are not careful! Both banh mi's were packed with a good amount of veggies and meat. The popcorn chicken was a bit salty and maybe too much MSG as my mouth felt dry afterward. However, the popcorn chicken was excellent with beers! I would go back and try their other sandwiches and the teas.
