Fusion is good! Fresh, huge, and wholesome burgers! I had Texas burger and it was great with the Cilantro and Chipotle sauce! Had Half of it made me full. Highly recommended!
Went here for my first time today and I have to say I was definitely surprised at the flavor and quality of the meat. The name sounded a bit odd to me but with the positive reviews I decided to give it a shot. I had the cheeseburger with garlic parm fries and my friend had the brisket fries. The service is quick and the restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere.
I have been coming to this place for over a year and it never disappoints! Tonight I had the Mr. Burger and it is one of the best burgers I have tried from the menu. I also had a Passion Fruit Margarita and it was amazing! It was the perfect drink for a Saturday Night with friends. With all honesty, this is my favorite burger place in Katy and if you come here you will fall in love as well!
Fusion Grill is a place owned by Venezuelan people. You can find Tacos, “regular” burger and Fries but also several product/recipes from South America like plantain, white cheese, tequenos…the Burger are huge, very pleasant with this Latin flavors. Excellent service and price very reasonable.

Fusion was great!Had the Cowboy Burger, you may want to sit and take notes for this description!Beef burger with caramelized onions, BBQ beef, American Cheese, thick cut Bacon and BBQ sauce! Amazing! This thing is a meal by itself! I could only eat half!We also had the sweet potato fries and the original fries... both delicious!The staff was so so friendly, clean place we sat outside for a great lunch!Would recommend to anyone and would go back for sure!
Burgers were awesome. Ordered the Texas Burger and the Fusion Burger. You can't go wrong with either one. Both were delicious. Also added some of their famous garlic, Parmesan and bacon fries. Words can't even describe how good they are. Staff is A+++++. Very courteous and friendly as soon as we walked through the door.Only reason I'm giving a 4 star review, on this specific visit, is because they ran out of eating utensils. They eventually found a couple forks for us. This is a very very minuscule complaint. Will definitely return to eat again. Thank you everyone at Fusion Grill for a wonderful experience
I didn't give 5 stars because I haven't actually gone in to sit and eat. Both times I have gone, it was just to-go.The food is good. I have had the brisket sandwich, brisket fries and then the ribs. Very tasty and the portion size is very ok.
First time, place looks a little generic, but the food is GREAT. Burger is big & flavorful, truffle fries are plentiful & tasty, chicken mac & cheese is great & tacos were too ? Will come back to try probably everything on the menu ??
This place is so great! It had a very cool vibe especially on the weekend at night, great music and atmosphere! Staff is super friendly as well, Tony is a bosss! This man was greeting, cleaning, bagging, going table to table asking people how their experience doing everything that often times goes unnoticed.Now the FOOD. Portions are biggg and I’m someone who can eatttt, fries were on point and the burger was just amazing! Big, juicy, tasty. Overall a really good experience, I can’t wait to come back with my friends and family and try more things off the menu!
