Coming from a fellow Louisiana Creole, I'm happy I found Frenchy's. Good collard greens and the fried chicken is crispy and seasoned. Oh and they actually serve Kool aid. I'm not sure if this particular location is new or not, but they did forget to give us an extra cornbread ordered as well as the sweet chili sauce that came with 1 of the orders. No worries, I'll definitely still be returning.
I love going to this place and getting a whole sweet potato pie. This is the only place that makes them like my grandmother used to!I can’t even get family members to make it this good!The staff is getting to know me a little at this location and overall the food comes out fresh very good friend chicken!!!!
Poor customer service at the drive through this morning. If the young lady doesn’t know the price of something, check before guessing prices. Management should take a closer look at these young people they hire who obviously don’t like their jobs.
I have had Frenchy's at the original location. This location pales in comparison. Sure all of the items were there.But the flavor was missing. My opinion skip this place and only choose the original location (which has moved) if you want the consistent flavor.
Bf brought chkn home and it was burnt he ate 1 piece...no one else ate it , all still in my fridge. Sad....it was my 1st time to try it
This is a new Frenchy's in the Katy area. I have not had any bad experiences. Food is usually hot and fresh. I definitely recommend giving a try
Their portion sizes are childish and unseasoned. Just go to the Frenchy’s on Victory
The establishment as clean which was a great first impression. Now the service was below level and the reason for a 3 star. The employees (teenage - register and middle age lady - drive thru) they did not speak to anyone whom entered the establishment. It was not until the cashier turned to get an order did they speak. The chicken was freshly fried, the fries weren’t oily, the mash potatoes and gravy were nothing special and the cornbread muffin reminds me of country dry muffins but it was good. The rolls are Hawaiian rolls (I saw a fresh package being opened).No special flavor or uniqueness but it was fine. The ladies room had no hot water .
I had heard people talking about this place so much, we drove from Rosenberg to this location, and we ordered to go and to make a long story short, the first bite my mom took from the drumstick, there was a long, curly, blonde hair in the chicken. It sucks that we drove there just for that, and we ended up throwing everything away. $25.00 in the trash.
Really like the food here. But highly disappointed in my service tonight. Ordered thru the drive thru and was asked to pull and park in lot. Understand a 10 pc fish takes a bit of time to cook but 30 minutes and all other customers had cleared out. Didn't even get an apology.
