First time there and my experience was pretty chill. The ladies there were really great and the service was exemplary, I have no complaints. I recommend getting the Coffee Break rolled ice cream, amazing flavor and great texture, definitely will come back and tell my parents about this place
Yes! Yes! Yes! I do recommend this ice cream spot! I love their mango tango super yummy! Have been here like 10 or more times in less than a month. I also like that you can see when they make your ice cream and while you wait you you can write a sticky note and place it anywhere in the shop!
We went when it was supposed to be open but no one was there. Waited 10 mins still no one so we left. Went back after lunch still no one. Lady ran up to the door and said sorry we are open. So...don't trust hours online maybe call first. I like that you can choose your base milk so we went with almond based milk. You literally pick your flavors and toppings which is cool bc it comes out exactly how you want it to. It is rather big so we ended up just getting one for 2 kids and they couldn't finish half of it so I had to eat the rest. The kids went with oreos, chocolate and more chocolate so it was really sweet. They enjoyed seeing the ice cream being made. Thought it was cool. It is over priced but you get your money's worth. The place itself had a smell, was warm and is covered in sticky notes. Owners were nice!
Freshly made to order using real fruit ingredients; I thoroughly enjoyed the Tropical Passion with a coconut milk base to increase the tropical flavor profile. The kiwi, mango, and strawberry pieces make a wonderful complement to the syrups for a tasty frozen treat. And the artistic preparation was definitely photo-worthy. The staff here are truly frozen dessert artists and the ice cream is delicious. You can use a milk base, almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk to suit your preference. It seems like a novel idea (especially if you've been to Thailand) but the ice cream is legitimately good! Nothing like watching your dessert quickly being made to order right in front of you!

Very delicious ice cream! Definitely worth the wait! Most icee cream are between $5-$10 and you can create your own or pick from a menu. Love the sticky note messages posted it throughout the whole place
The owners/workers are super friendly! I used to go very often and they knew my order right when I walked in! It’s a very nice small business and the icecream is sooo good! There are so many options!
My experience at Freezy Frenzy was great, the staff is friendly and kind. And would definitely recommend if you want some mouth- watering ice cream, currently attempting to try out most of them since most sound delicious. And inside the shop there’s sticky notes on the walls and it’s enjoyable seeing what previous people have wrote down. So I definitely recommend coming here also i you want to watch how they make the rolls that’s also a satisfying part of the process.
The ice cream was delicious . The store wasn't busy when we got there so we got the ice cream quick. Very friendly vibes.
My family has been going here for more than 5 years. We love this place. It’s family owned and the employees are very friendly. Most importantly they are good at what they do. It’s not just an ice cream shop, it’s fun to watch them make your own ice cream creation. They have non dairy options as well. I have tried many flavors and they are all really good. The pricing is simple, as it’s basically 1 cost with all your toppings included.They also have good smoothies and tea, but we usually stick with the rolled ice cream.I highly recommend this place.
