Wish I could give this place a 0! This was my first time trying Freebirds and the experience was very depressing. The portion of the food was awful. Not even a complete tablespoon of corn. The workers intentionally gave as small and possible and the flavor was mediocre. When asking for a bit more it was not welcomed. I would’ve enjoyed it better had I even had enough queso on my chips or even a bigger cup of water. The water cup was the size of a baby cup. Not to mention the water was the most enjoyable part of this experience. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This franchise needs to be completed gone; honestly. Your customers are paying $10 + for what should be $3-$5.

Ordered through door dash and got the regular white chicken burrito. Me and my co-worker got the same burrito actually. When we got the food, we were extremely disappointed to find barely 2 cubes (small cubes at that) of chicken in the entire burrito. This was the case with hers as well as mine! I can understand if one burrito missed the chicken, but both of them? Felt more like a rice and bean burrito than chicken anything. We will likely not order from here again.

We really loved Freebirds (Mason Rd. location) it was a once a week treat for us until it began changing in a downhill way, we went tonight after not eating there for a while and I was very disappointed, always get the chicken bowl, the portions considerably shrunk and the worst of it was the white chicken was diced sooo small it was a joke. Could not taste it or see it. Some pieces smaller than the rice and not enough the beans looked huge. It’s not right the chicken should be the main ingredient in a bowl. Their beer selection isn’t what it used to be, no more Mexican coke option, no brownies! Sadly Freebirds no more and off our favorite place to eat :(Don’t recommend this Freebirds!! Uburrito or Chipotle definitely are better flavor and choice.

Ordered a bowl on the app. the first option to pick is a meat. Place the order and went to store for pickup. I pick up my order and bring back to the office only to find that there is NO MEAT in the bowl. All the other options picked are in there but NO MEAT!! Tried calling the number listed and received a pre-recorded message statin no one is available to take your call. This is un-acceptable - Guess I'll go to Chipotle next time!

Ordered a brisket burrito and they didn’t put meat in the burrito. But they did put a nice amount of plastic shards that cut my mouth! Terrible place. Never coming here again!

Honestly, this place has good food, but I wouldn't come here for a bowl or salad compared to Chipotle. There are just less options to choose from and Chipotle is just better in terms of that. Burritos however, are amazing (it's kind of in the name) here. It is worthy of a 5 star review!

I travel for work and stop here to eat. Stephanie helped me with my order and was super great. She had me laughing and was real engaging something I didn't expect. I will definitely come back every chance I can. Food was excellent as well.

The service is as good as the food at this location . Ask for a sample if you are on the fence about trying anything they, gave me a sample of the chorizo and the prime rib . They will also let you mix meats on your burrito .

Love this place. I go atleast 1 to 2 times every 2 weeks. Alot of new faces their but they all have been really good. Emily is who normally serves me and she is very professional and very nice. Great place , thanks guys.

If you like eating cold unseasoned burritos this is the place for you. We stopped coming to this location a while back but we were close by and Freebirds sounded like a good idea. What a mistake that was. Funny thing was that while we were walking to the door we were trying to remember why we stopped going to that location. This is the ONLY Freebirds I have ever been to that refuses to salt/pepper your burrito. When you ask for salt and pepper they tell you they have packets by the straws. Okay great so the burrito that was rolled and wrapped in foil is now going to have to be unwrapped and by the consumer to add salt and pepper or another option is to take a bite and then add salt/pepper and repeat until done eating. It absolutely makes zero sense to not add the salt and pepper while they are making the burrito. As if eating unseasoned food wasn’t bad enough let’s make sure it’s cold, cold rice and chicken goes great with no salt and pepper. Hopefully this will be my reminder to never come back to this location. Skip this location and go to Kirby or Sugar Land.
