First time customer to this Brand. Drive bye every day so eventually stopped to try them out.So, staff was ok, not bad but they need to cheer up a bit. Very stoic with greeting and service. (Kids so i can sympathize with owner). Ordered Freddy's Double cheese which was actually very tasty.Problem is they gave me the kids portion, not to sound like a Pig but for about $7.50 just for the burger no sides or drinks i expect something substantial not a slider. And maybe that's why they were empty at 7pm... Sorry just my 2 cents worth...
Those fries! This place reminds me of a Steak and Shake but the fries are better and the burgers are too. Plus it was spotless clean. We had some of that frozen custard also and it was so good.Our server was very nice and brought over a spoon of the strawberries to show my wife.Great place.
Very nice outer appearance, but that doesn't make up for food and service.The service was so slow it makes me not want to come here ever again. Sorry, no exaggeration there was only one car in front of me and it took them about 20 minutes to get there food and they were only handed one bag.I got the milk shake and it was not that good ironically.
I was sorry to see the Freddy's close that was close to where we live but another one recently opened on South Fry Dr. I have not ever had their signature Custard but always enjoy the burgers ( fresh and tasty ). I especially enjoy their fries and you always get an abundant amount with every order. Five star
Fry Road location: Very disappointing meal. The two meat patties have been reduced in size to wafer thin and were seriously overcooked, every bite actually crunched as the burned meat taste was the overwhelming flavor. The usually generous portion of fries was skimpy, not fresh and oversalted. After a few bites we called it quits. I have had excellent meals here, but not in a while, so this is my last.
Patty Melt meal and a Hawaiian delight.Who said you had to eat your meal before dessert? Really did not know about Freddy's Hawaiian delight. I like the fact that they serve the treat before they serve the meal. Great food, reasonable prices. You got to try this place. Thank you
Great food and friendly staff but they never fail to always get at least one thing wrong with my order. (Gave me a sundae instead of a concrete, served me a single burger but charged for a double, forgot to put the ketchup/sauces in the bag etc.) The cheese curds and dirt and worms alone will keep us coming back in spite of the minor inconveniences though. Overall it's our favorite burger chain.
The food is expensive plus the fries suck. The burger was overly salty and the bun was squishy. I got root beer and it was cold and delicious. Compared to McDonald's it's great but the prices compare to 5 guys and aren't nearly as good.
Always a fun treat when we stop in for a meal at Freddy's! Staff's friendly treatment and clean establishment is guaranteed, too!
