This was my first time at a Freddy's and I was pleasantly surprised. I had an #1 burger meal with a shake. I liked that the fries were super hot and crispy just like the way they needed to be, and that they had a mini size for the drinks.We dined in and occasionally the staff would sweep and do a little spot clean on floors and tables. They were so busy but were still super efficient
Fast and friendly service. We dined in. It wasn't too busy. However, we decided not to get ice in our fountain drinks because upon viewing the vent of the ice machine, it was very dusty. This made us wonder how long it had been since it was cleaned. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders, and they are more like chicken fingers. Mostly breading. Hardly any chicken. They were also sort of dry. The burger was good and on par with how they usually are. Overall it was an "ok" visit. I've been to better locations.

First time here, ordered the Double Steakburger CA style combo. Wasn't bad, got my money's worth in a whole disc of onions for sure lol.The shoestring fries were pretty nice.Also got the cheese curds. Which I'm sorry to say, was too salty.Didn't try their Frozen Custard this time, maybe next time as a quick stop for something cold to eat in the summer.
Katy location is one of the quickest drive-through experiences compared to Freddie's in Ashford Dairy. Food was fresh and hot. The pup cup keeps our dog busy and allows us to enjoy our food.
The smash burger patties are so good! Add in those fresh string fries with Freddy's seasoning dipped in the jalapeño sauce, wow. Great service, good food and a clean restaurant and prices that a fair is a perfect combination.
Usually my family loves Freddy’s! We go here a lot but I waited over 40 minutes in line for 2 burgers. Pretty sure I got in line at 6:55 ish and I got my burgers at 7:38. I wanted to leave but the curb was too big for my car to drive over. I get to the window and the guy says he doesn’t recognize my order. Asked if a guy took it, I said yes, he said shoot that was me then. So he retook my order. I finally get my burgers another 15 min later. There was a sign saying it might take longer bc of COVID and so I was being patient at first but if it takes a fast food place 40 min to get 2 burgers out then something needs to change. Food was great though! Always is. Just disappointing and everyone I saw through the window looked confused and slow. Service wasn’t as polite as usual either. Guy at the window was kinda unprofessional. Again typically we love it and go here often!
They gave us a bunch of French fries. Love this place
So my first time eating here and it was delicious! The cheese curds is definitely my favorite thing.Everything was good though! Cool lunch spot. I definitely think it's worth a try. We was in and out so the customer service was cool and the restaurant was neat.
The food is really good. The service was okay although it was very busy. Would have gotten better stars if the man working there had bathed . Not sure if it was him but there was some type of aroma coming from that area. People need good hygiene at work. Especially when you handle my burger and fries.
