My 5 star rating is based on customer experience. From the door as soon you enter is a positive vibes. The employees are so friendly. Our server this time was Diana and her customer service and knowledge about the menu is outstanding. The food was amazing and the portions were just perfect. This restaurant is a whole positive experience. It's full of awesome food, Good people, and good times.
This is the best First Watch that I've been to. Our server was awesome! Food came out fast and was perfect. Quality water. Everything was clean.

Get there early. Place gets packed around 10am it seems. Best place for breakfast or brunch in my opinion. Lots of options, vegan or not. Great customer service. Didn't see any outside seating, but there plenty of parking. Most tables were seated almost immediately. Tip: reserve a table online within 15 minutes of your planned arrival. For a party of three ordering a plethora of options, we paid approximately $70, which included drinks (alcohol served after 10am on Sunday).

Hello,I called ahead of time to ensure what the wait time was. The employee said, “it was pretty free and open.” Living 4 minutes away I always wanted to try this place since seeing it in Cypress. The check-in process for a table was pretty good until we sat down for quite a while. We watched many tables be serviced and cleaned. We were never offered any water or anything just employees constantly passing by us. We were located in the back near the kitchen and bar..there was no way we could’ve been missed. Being 8 months pregnant I was STARVING! I was able to ask a nice gentleman if he could help find our server since we haven’t been serviced since we sat down. We waited patiently and decided to go somewhere else. As a teacher, I always encourage my students to pay attention on what’s happening around them. It made absolutely no since for us to not be at least serviced water in this establishment. The manager didn’t even care enough to ask us anything as we were leaving. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how they treated us today.

DELICIOUS! Decided to come here for brunch and we are so happy we did. The server was very attentive and recommended great dishes. We ordered Eggs Benedict Classic, Avocado Toast, Italian Omelette, Blueberry pancake, and trailblazer bowl (turkey was a bit dry). Overall it was a great meal. I highly recommend.
Good server, nice place, but don’t get the poached eggs. I have come twice now and they have been overcooked. I asked for a second egg just to replace the overcooked one, and this is what I got. It was cooked wrong, overcooked, and there was water at the bottom of the cup. Not to mention it took 10 minutes to get one egg. However scrambled eggs have always been good and the pancakes are great.
