Order take out on 07/23/22 around 6PM. Said it would be ready in about 20 mins. Go to pick it up around 7PM and they close at 8PM. Got home to enjoy dinner and didn't even get a full serving of chicken. Horrible portion size you can see the container still has plenty of room. Got about 8 pieces of chicken in total.
This place is cozy and comfortable. I order Em’s Vermicelli Bowl with chicken and it’s perfect. The chicken is soft and flavorful, plus the spring roll is crunchy but not hard. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Order two phos for pickup today and when I got home realized that the limes were old, the mint was rotten looking, the chicken tasted weird, and the black salse tasted old and looked bad. I called them to let them know since I did not want this to happen to anyone else and the person speaking on the phone just responded what do you want me to do about it. She made an excuse that it was because they kept the ingredient in the freezer, but I mentioned that it should not be an excuse to serve something like that. No one should get bad food. I guess I will continue to buy my pho elsewhere.
Asked for Kid’s Pho ($6) replacing rice noodles with egg noodles for my picky 2-year-old that won’t eat rice noodles.Instead got $14 egg noodle pho as they wouldn’t put egg noodles in kid’s pho. Simple solution would be to charge few dollars more for kid’s pho because of customization but it was obvious they wanted to make sure they charged me $14.Pho is ok but Saigon American and Little V are not trying to do this to their customers so would instead recommend going there.
Absolutely delicious!! The banh mi sandwiches are always good. Vermicelli bowls are wonderful. My absolute favorite is the grilled pork rice plate. Leaves me speechless every time I order it, which is often! Love the egg rolls, coconut shrimp, and dumplings as well. You can't go wrong with anything you order from Em's.
I’m curious if something has changed in the past year...Lately, when getting take out, the food seems to be different, especially the egg rolls and fried rice. The fried rice was so very bland, and the egg rolls were almost burnt. Last time we ordered we got the vegetable egg rolls, and those too tasted very different, also a little bland. Such a bummer! They’ve also upped prices a lot, which wouldn’t matter if the food quality remained.We love this place—so fresh, always great, even carry-out. Inside is beyond clean and nice.In my opinion, their Bahn Mi Vietnamese pork sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever had, that is our go to order. Highly recommend!
This is by far my family’s favorite Pho in the Fulshear area. We eat here regularly and the pho is always fresh and tasty.
