They got our order wrong two weeks in a row. Last week we called and was told they would make it right this week and they ask our name and that they would put us on a list for the manger. This week They said they don’t have a list after they made this visits order. Wrong might I add. The manager came out to speak to my husband with food on his face and basically said oh well. My husband said you would rather lose a customer than to make it right. The manager said nothing! We will not be back!! 46.00 worth of food we did not eat twice!
We love it here!? Very nice outdoor seating! Very nice indoor and spacious, too.... Staff is very friendly and we love the food, especially the kids... Most of all, I truly enjoyed my chicken, bacon and waffle tower!! Definitely will come back over and over again for weekend brunch..?
The food was exactly what we were looking for. The coffee and chai tea were absolutely delicious. We will be back!
**DISGUSTING**My second visit. I stopped by a few months back and was less than impressed. Thought I'd give them another shot today. This time I visited with my husband on our way out of town for a family event. Immediately reminded why I didn't like it before. Dining room was a mess. Four empty tables full of dirty dishes. The floor is filthy. I ordered a mocha my husband had gone through two dr peppers before they even started making my coffee (btw... they weren't making anyone coffee).NOT worth $35.Probably won't be coming back.EDIT: Hair on my husband's plate!!! His poached eggs in his benedict were actually raw. The half a tiny cup of $4 mocha tasted like absolute garbage, the sink in the lady's room was clogged and overflowing, there was no paper to wipe your tail or your hands. The self-serve coffee was empty.If we weren't so pressed for time I would have asked for the manager who was apparently not in the store.WE WILL NEVER BE BACK
ordered over medium. eggs served slightly runny. asked for a bit firmer, waitress returned dish in a moment and said "They are over medium". Food quality and flavor seemed good.
Ordered through ubereats & my veggie omelet was huge & delicious, Still hot too! The salsa is so flavorful, yum ?
First went in and no menus then second they couldn’t make decaf coffee then they screwed up on eggs Benedict how you do that who knows and just FYI the menu on line as what I used since they had no menus was out dated so my tax sampler doesn’t come with pancakes as I was advised so all and all it was the worst breakfast ever and I cane when it was new and from then to now they went down to the dumps wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog and if you do go in enter at your own risk .
If I could give a zero stars review I would.....First impression upon entry the restaurant is dirty ... the hostess told me “ we close an hour but no rush “ . Already making my husband and I uneasy . The tables were dirty and the place had a smell almost like a gas leak .We ordered our food and were charged extra for flavored pancakes .... our food was brought out and the pancakes we paid extra for were not brought out . My husband asked them to correct the mistake ... we sat and waited for 20 min andThe pancakes were never brought out instead the staff was prepping to close up. I was refunded for the surcharge of the pancakes but .... never wasting my time nor money coming here . Food is way overpriced for what they serve . Food was bland.I will say the staff was polite but that does not overshadow the experience . The owner needs to organize his business as it’s in complete disarray .
Food was disgusting, and lack luster, this is my second time eating from here and my last. I ordered a BLT with Turkey bacon and could've made the sandwich better at home. Bread was dry!!! bacon dry!! no salt no pepper, barely any mayo which really adds to a BLT. I'm from NY and i know what a real BLT taste like. This sandwich was a disgrace to all BLT's
Food was great! The options online didn't match the menu inside (there were even more options on the real menu!) The staff was friendly and attentive, but the structure of finding your own table and getting your own coffee was a bit off.
