Was taken here for Father's day. First time back in several years. Service was very attentive. The food was mediocre with some items totally bland. Tasted like everything was thawed out, heated up and put in the steam table. Food was only warm with the soup "coming out soon" during the entire meal. Food definitely not as good as I remember.
The visit started off nice. The food wasn’t bad but as we were about to leave the waitress started to rush us. Handing me the check I paid, when she returned the receipt she quickly took the sign one back. When she didn’t see a tip on there she said “cash tip?” For me I normally tip but when you start demanding for more money that’s when I lose respect for you. I tip based on service. Then on top of that they charged my two year old daughter who barely ate any food 6.99. That’s highway robbery charging a young kid that much knowing they won’t eat a lot.
Out of all the buffets I been to, this is by far the CLEANEST one. The place is very clean and the lighting is perfect, enough to have privacy and feel comfortable. Customer service is always top notch ?. Definitely the best buffet to go in Houston.
Over all the food is good here. The flan actually tastes similar to flan, which most Chinese restaurants' rendition of flan is way off. My major complaint is the pork ribs. We were expecting Chinese restaurant ribs (red sauce, little burnt) but instead this place puts BBQ sauce on it, and not even a good BBQ sauce. I took one bite and put the rib down. Chinese restaurant style ribs is what we want not that.
I went yesterday, the sour and sweet chicken was rough and frozen.I told the manager and she didn't do nothing, she trying to explain the process like they cook 3 times the chicken before bring it on front, but doesn't , I told one of the guys who work there to look it and after look the chicken they change the food containerAlso they didn't apologize very rude girl. Also the food missing a lot of flavor and the veggies are hard to eatTotal disappoint of this restaurant
I gave them 4 stars for their customer service. They are the nicest people ever. So polite and friendly. They go out of their way to make customers satisfied. Very impressive. Their food however is not so great.
Probably the worst buffet I’ve ever been to. The food was probably the grossest thing I’ve ingested in my life. All of the fried food looked like mush and the noodles tasted like stale dough. The food was also super cold. The waitresses were super nice but that’s the only plus. I’d think about going somewhere else if I were looking to dine at a buffet. $75 for four buffets and drinks was a mistake I am not making again.
First time, a big variety of dishes.,sushi, soups rices. Desserts are good. The only thing I didnt like some of the dishes were cold, like the noodles and rice. I don't think I will come back.
Well folks if you want great Chinese food this is definitely the place… to not come to. Keep driving lol. Food is so bland even I’m tripping out on taking a covid test. ??♂️ ?. Most of the food items were cold and old. Items were a little dry and definitely lacked flavor. I’d rate this place a 2 but because the waitress was very attentive I give it a 3.
Save your money, I’m guessing they have almost 5stars because of how old the building is sooo (over time lots of different people came) , However no. Me & my husband went for lunch today at 1pm which is not a bad time to go to any buffet. $30 for what? Everything was old & cold & suspicious if I might add. I loveeee Chinese cuisine, I’m pregnant too so I’ve been craving it & I promise I’m no harsh judge but no. Save your time, money & appetite . You’d do better eating Chinese food from the frozen section & we all know most of that is a disrespect to traditional American/Chinese style cuisine.
