I went through the drive through this morning for a refill on coffee and was refused service. I walked in and took a picture of the sign that clearly says, " For refills the cup must be washed or else we will refuse service." My cup was cleaned out and the manager said they were talking about the cups they sale, but did the sign say anything of that nature? No it didn't. I was refused service, so now my money is not good enough for Dunkin, I see.
Worst coffee place ever. No matter how many times you repeat the order, they will get it wrong every single time. They will repeat the order at the drive thru but at the checkout they will give you wrong order. Like how??? They need to better train their employees. One time is a mistake not every single time. I always have to come back again to get my order right. The only reason I still come to this location is because it’s close to my house. I have been coming here for 7 years now. Please take care of your loyal customers.
couldnt make out what the cashier was saying. so I asked again. she raised her voice disrespectfully. I nearly cancelled the order. wont go back there. There was no hand sanitizer, so I asked for some. The indian midget gave me hand wipes as I was leaving. This service is typical of uncultured and crude indian business people, I would say.

So many times do I come here and my order is wrong, there's no creamer in my coffee or I am asked to pull my car up and I am given the wrong order. Adding this...Just went here today. Order was right, food and coffee good, but there was a piece of hard plastic in my hummus with tomatoes on toast. I think I'll give up buying any food here from now on.
Hey guys, this is your customer of almost every morning, who orders The Charli cold foam and avocado toast. y’all staff from Dunkin’ doughnut on fry RD always put me in a good mood, always polite and friendly, but guys today y’all kinda disappointed just a tiny bit. My avocado toast was not toasted, it was more like bread with avocado. But it’s ok, I still ate it and it was still pretty good. Just next time put me on the curve to wait for my toast, cause I love it when it’s toasted, I am very much ok waiting for perfection. Still love you guys, keep on shining. :)
America runs on Dunkin. Nice place, friendly service. The new Avacado toast is a very good addition to the menu. Roasted tomatoes are delicious. Healthy alternative to the eggs, cheese and bacon.
I had a great experience, our order came out timely and my avocado toast was so good I ordered a second! Haha!
Way to go Dunkin' ?, my family just went a little while ago and asked for mixed dozen, white powder sugar doughnuts were requested and instead of saying they were out, they packed 4 old ones that should be disposed, instead of been sold to customers. Not much quality control on those doughnuts.
