It was the worst bbq sandwich I've ever had. The bun was stale, the meat was chopped into the smallest pieces it could possibly be, the meat was also cold & dry with no flavor except for the sauce. You had to pay 50 cents extra to have enough sauce to make it work. Also very expensive for a sandwich that wasn't worth half the price. Never again.
Ordered DoorDash from them this evening- missing half of my order the first time they delivered. Got them to redeliver thru DoorDash app - then the second delivery 40 min later was the same stuff and not what was missing (yes I clarified what was missing) . I called the store at this point, was Informed there was no manager in the store - and the guy who answered was very rude. I work ina restaurant, I know how DoorDash orders work. Tried to just get refunded for what was missing and it’s been a stupid amount of trouble. The customer service at this location was very rude and Unprofessional - my company and I just wanted a nice dinner. Guess I’ll take this as a 1 and done. Never again.
I ordered sliced beef and pork ribs through uber eats from this place and this is what I received. It was half fat and half chopped beef. There was white stuff which what i think was dried fat lard. Not to mention the missing items, bbq sauce pickles and onions. Terrible
Not the best Dickeys. The Brisket was awful and should be called Gristle, It was all fat. The ribs are good but the rest is not so good. I've been to several other locations across the country and this one is the worst. Smallest portions.

Not a good experience today. We ordered chicken sandwiches with coleslaw and waffle fries. Our chicken sandwiches were dry as the Sahara desert. I had to douse my sandwich with bbq sauce. That didn't help, it fell apart while biting into it...just so dry and unpleasant. $27.00 for nothing. I hate wasting money. My husband told them after going back in the store, because his fried okra was not in the bag. These young men assured him that the chicken was cooked an hour ago, but it tasted like it was days old. They didn't offer to replace the bad meal but ok we are done.
So I kind of wish it wasn’t at a gas station but when the lady gave me the food, it was delicious. It’s also the closest one to me so yea. She also gave me a free drink.. hmm, matter of fact 5 STARS !!!!
