I went to Danjoy's pasta for a team building experience with my company. It turned out to be an absolute blast! Not only is Dan kind, but he's an incredible teacher. I can't cook and I was able to make pasta from scratch! It was incredible. Dan's incredible. The place is incredible. Highly recommend going for an anniversary date, a company team building event, or anything. GO!
I've ben wanting (and waiting) to schedule a class at Danjoy's Homemade Pasta since before 2020!! I'm so glad I finally got off my behind and made it happen!! My daughter and granddaughter decided to come for a spur of the moment visit and every little detail just fell into place!When we arrived Giancarlo greeted us warmly and we got started right away. From measuring the flour to the egg breaking, he patiently guided us through each step. We ALL got to work together, including my 9 year old granddaughter. What a wonderful, experience. Please look through our photos and see how easy it is. Giancarlo answered all our questions with obvious delight in his craft and made us feel so welcome. He told about the ingredients and shared why each ingredient and step was necessary and how it affected the outcome.I'll stop here because you really need to just make it happen and create your own wonderful experience!Thank you, Giancarlo!
Had a private class with my mom and it was amazing! Giancarlo was so fun and personable. He was delightful to learn from, teaching us the correct terminology and being so patient with all of our questions. I was intimidated by pasta making before and he made us comfortable and the process seem totally doable, and I can't wait to try this at home! I would recommend these classes for visitors and locals alike - can't wait to go back and take the next level class!
I gifted my husband a private pasta class for is birthday and we had such a good time! Would definitely recommend for events or even a date night.
This place and Giancarlo it's absolutely unique!!!! My boyfriend, his parents and I, took this pasta class, and was fantastic!!! And exquisite ? we had lots of fun, we were entertained all the time, so, if you're thinking about it, do it!!! If you're thinking about a gift, this is the perfect one! My office set up a team event at Danjoy's and had the best experience! Everyone enjoyed learning how to make homemade pasta with the quality ingredients that were provided. The owners are wonderful, patient teachers who made our lesson super fun and ensured everyone's pasta would turn out delicious.
celebrated my sisters birthday here. What a truly fantastic experience. The Danjoys were passionate and endearing, making it very easy to tell they love what they do. I love how individualized and one of a kind our experience was. The icing on the cake was how delicious the pasta was. Cant wait to go back!
We came on Valentine’s Day. Danjoy’s passion for what he does is on full display as he carefully explains the importance of the right ingredients that go into making delicious and wholesome pasta. He can carefully walked us through the whole process with equipment we’ve never used before and it turned out great! I highly recommend Danjoy to any couple and suggest bring another couple with you to enjoy the experience. This was great for Valentines date , and would make a perfect date night , birthday, anniversary or a gift to another couple.
My wife and I had a great date night making pasta together. Better value and way more fun than just going to the same old fancy steak joint for date night. We also took what we learned and made pasta from scratch with our kiddos at home. Highly recommend.
