Chocolate cake is no longer what it used to be. This will be my last purchase. As you can see from the first 2 pictures it is a totally different cake (3rd picture is how slices used to look). Several layers smaller, mousse filling instead of fudge, one of the slices had no icing on the back side ( 2nd photo). I was already irritated when they raised prices, being that they are charging almost $10 for one slice. But hey, I love chocolate and the ORIGINAL cake was delicious. But I started noticing, the slices were getting smaller, and didn’t taste as rich; as if they were cutting back on ingredients. But this slice was the last straw! $10 for THIS, NO WAY!!!
Best pizza I've had since moving to Texas. Breadsticks were amazing and seasoned just right. Will def be ordering my pizza from here from now on.
I ordered two 1 topping pizzas. I waited in my car and after about 10 minutes the Manager brought them out to me. They were warm and did not taste freshly made. I called the restaurant and I informed him that the pizza he brought out to me was not fresh and the cheese was hard like the pizza had been sitting and there was salty parmesan cheese sprinkled all over the top. I told him he gave me pizza that someone ordered and didnt pick up so he passed them on to me. If I vould give 0 stars I would...I will never go back and who ever does I would suggeat you watch them make your pizza.
I came here a couple of weeks ago. Pizza was absolutely amazing. Love the manhattan. Gabriel was so nice and welcoming. GABRIEL DESERVES A PROMOTION
First time ordering from here and the whole experience was amazing! I ordered online for delivery and the pizza was at my door in about 25 minutes! The quickest I’ve ever gotten pizza delivered! The young delivery guy was so nice….especially since my dog ran out the door and jumped on him. I’m sorry! The pizza was really delicious and I will be ordering from here again very soon!
I love DaddyO’s pizza! I’ve searched high and low for that perfect brick oven style pizza and found it here. I’ve ordered delivery too many times to count but today I finally visited in person, my daughter wanted pizza for her birthday dinner. Small shop but the staff was friendly and it was super clean. They also have a great variety of sodas available so that was nice. Signs in the front door and at the cash register say they are now cashless. I love cashless! I hardly ever have cash on me and pay almost everywhere with my phone. There’s where my issue lies. They are cashless but don’t have any tap to pay! No Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. Bit frustrating and a tad perplexing. You’d think that would be a priority for a cashless business. Anyway, hopefully someone from management sees this and implements it soon. That’s the only reason for 4 stars. You want good pizza? 100% give DaddyO’s a call!
Very friendly, quick service. Meatball sandwich was great. Chicken Alfredo was very good & quite smooth! And the garlic bread? You could see the garlic on the toast. Yummy!
Horrible take out experience. Upon arrival for take out, I saw my pizza coming out of oven to cutting area... Burnt edges. The last take out with Daddyo's Peek Rd, was the same. Burnt edges? I love pieces edges when their crispy, just right crunch and chew. Daddyo's was great 2 months ago, I had to stop spending money for burnt food and gooey middle. Today's order was the same. Then the disconcerting attitude when I told 4 workers about them trying to slip the burnt pizza in a box for take out. How insulting, like I never mentioned it was burnt. After saying I didn't think I should pay full price, 1 worker decided to call a mgr named Randy. He said sell it to the customer for half, but while Randy was on the phone, an in-store mgr said give the pizza to the customer at no charge. Yeah I could have left it, but my lil grandson really wanted their pizza, because it once was good. So the worker at the register told me, I don't know how to work the register to change to no charge. So I paid them and left. How sad when we all know, everyone is trying to get the best quality for money spent. When your food is burnt, don't sneak it into a box. Btw the entire team seemed burnt out and disenchanted about being at work or serving customer. No one had a mask on and the mandate for inside restaurants has not been lifted. Aka in all, very poor, very poor customer service. I won't refer anyone to them.
I stopped by to get a salad and a pizza a couple weeks ago on a Wednesday, i was standing in front of the registers watching my pizza bake and then I see a worker making my salad without gloves, i didn’t see him wash his hands either which is disgusting because who knows what he might’ve been touching before making my salad. Pizza was good but the only problem was the man not wearing gloves.
Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way it was mushy and doughy. The cheese was like plastic, cold and not stretchy or melted. And it was like $3 for a tiny drink ? worst brick oven pizza I’ve ever had
