They just lost a regular customer because of bad customer experience. We ordered online and then called in to check details of our order. They told us they didn’t have bobba so we ask them to cancel our order. Lady said she couldn’t cancel the order that we had to do it ourselves, very inconvenient for us and we can’t cancel the order online we can only dispute it. Cancelling an order should be a standard procedure for any service restaurant, specially when the restaurant can’t deliver on their menu promises.
This place was so yummy, everything was cooked to perfection and everyone in my family loved the meal and the drinks were very fancy and delicious , as well as the egg bubble waffle ! Recommended!
We ordered Beef fried Udon and Singapore Chow Mei Fun for our first visit. They were very tasty and fantastic. We also love their Hot and Sour soup. We appreciate them using a plastic box for to go instead of a foam box is a plus for our meal. We will surely order again.

This place is fantastic, especially for delivery. The food has always been great, delivered fast and our order had never been wrong. Always a winner.
Be VERY careful ordering here! This is my second time ordering. Today there was an employee who took my order. I somewhat understood him repeating my order back to me. I ONLY ordered chicken, pork rice, and general tso, from what I understood him repeating my order as the same. He actually charged me for a whole other meal. The manager who was quickly to yell, and cut me off, refused to acknowledge his english was not understandable (no judgment I support those whom strive to learn) but he should not be taking orders at this point. She did not want to give me my money back. I don't deal with impatient managers who rudely cut me off and so the credit she was giving me was of no use to me since I will never order from there again. I literally told her she can keep the $11 they that they just took. It could have been all avoided and I would have taken the credit and kept ordering from there if it weren't for how LITTLE customer service the manager provides. Yelling and cutting a person off is unprofessional. Now I have food I have to throw out which has me even more upset. JUST BE CAREFUL!!
