It was our first time in here. The staff ignored us, we were helped by someone who came from the back. I ordered the affogato, but they forgot the espresso and the toppings, but the vanilla bean ice cream was good. My son got the chocolate overload which wasn’t bad but it he likes dark chocolate. We brought home sea salt caramel which is our favorite. The nitro experience is why it got two stars. If I tried it again I would go to another location to see if the staff was friendlier. For three cup ice creams it was $28 and two pints that I brought home was about $24.
Probably not gonna come back to this location. They said they were understaffed but I didn't get how bad things were. Staff looked pretty harried. Ordered two regular ice creams. Our turn came after 5 min as there were 2 people ahead of us. Order no was 144. Ongoing order was 138. The tables we sat on weren't wiped down and had various deposits courtesy of previous occupants. We got our first cup after 19 minutes. The second one came after a further 6 or so min as order 147 was also being served. Nobody wants to spend over half an hour at an ice cream shop for a to go order on a Sunday night. Only giving 3 stars because the ice cream itself was pretty good but the service left much to be desired
This is one of the best ice cream that I had in H-Town. This place is neat and clean. My son loves all the rainbow colors, he got the unicorn, he loves it! My wife got the classic Cookie & Cream, you won't regret this choice anytime.
We love this place! Yummy ice cream, clean and kids friendly store. All the signature creations look so so so pretty! We tried unicorn on the 1st visit, and tonight the captain breakfast. Love it
Creamistry never disappoints. We went late afternoon and it was moderately busy. When we arrived they were disinfecting all the surfaces at the bar seating, so that was a nice touch. Their unique ice cream choices are always tasty. I did notice the noise level was a little higher than I’d personally like, but it’s the nature of the high ceilings. Just something to be aware of if someone in your party is sensitive to that.
The ice cream was really good. I ordered the salted caramel crunch in a large. The ice cream was smooth, rich and almost custard-like. I loved the flavor, it was perfectly balanced and the waffle bits inside tasted amazing. Also very impressed how it didnt melt on my entire drive home before I started eating. A little pricey but soo good
This was a new experience, but well worth the wait and money. The decor was very modern and camera ready. I enjoyed watching the liquid nitrogen ice cream show. The ice cream was creamy and very rich. There were many options including dairy free options. You can select one of the signature creations or make your own. If you want to treat yourself to some top of the line ice cream then turn into the parking lot and give this creamy ice cream a try.
Fun place to take the kids to get ice cream. It is a little pricey for ice cream but you’re paying for the experience. Lots of different flavors and toppings to make whatever combination you want. They offer a variety of shakes and drinks and combinations for everyone to enjoy. It’s fun to go every once in a while as a treat.
Pretty interesting way they get to their ice cream, the fast freeze gives it a whole different creamy texture. Try it!
The place was extremely clean and very modern. They have a whole show going on while they make your treat but I do have to say that the staff was not very friendly. Maybe they were tired, we did show up 20 minutes before closing time. I would rate this place a 5 since the ice cream was worth the wait but it was a little overpriced.
