If you think all Cici’s are the same, then go to this location and you’ll see a difference. Sure every Cici’s you go to, you’ll hear that familiar “Welcome to Cici’s!” when you enter, but then start looking at the little things, and this location is where it stands out.Every time I’ve been here, salads/vegetables have always been full, and never a mess. Tongs are all standing up and aligned. I’ve seen this during busy and quiet times.Even the scoops for the pasta sauces are placed the same - front right corner of the container.Pizza spatulas are also in the same location, which is front center.You have to give credit where it’s due, and the employees here do a great job on keeping the food area clean and presentable.You will notice that employees here are different ages, from what looks like high schoolers to senior citizens. And the manager on duty this particular time could have been a recent high school graduate herself. I noticed it wasn’t just about delegating tasks, but she was busy filling salad dressing containers, doing tasks herself.This is a very well run crew. I even saw someone cleaning every inch of chairs at a table. How often do you see that? It really looks like people at this location take great pride in their work.If there is one thing that needs to be changed(it doesn’t really), maybe it’s one of the napkin containers being difficult to pull out napkins. That’s how good this place is, that the container is full and not empty, that it was a little tight.I’ll definitely be back at this location, even if there’s one closer to where I live.
the pizza here mediocre at best. The crust was bland and had no flavor. The sauce did not taste like any pizza sauces I’ve ever tasted before and was not good. I ordered a vanilla shake that was very thick and seemed to just be straight up custard. The paper straw had no business being in the shake due to how thick it was. However, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
I like their pizza and their place! Problem is, since is really cheap to eat at Cici’s, there is no selection of people! Lots and lots of uneducated people, cutting the line, getting slices of pizza with their hands and eating right there, at the line!!! I wouldn’t mind to pay more and get more selected people to attend the place, but of course, that will never happen! Great concept Cici’s, great food, but unfortunately, lots and lots of low life and uneducated people going there! Well, to deal with this kind of people in Texas is normal!
Monday thru Wednesday they have a $4 buffet coupon, definitely a steal! Great location for brunch or a quick meal before going about your day ??
Good food, maybe over doing it with the white sauce on the pizza. Should probably have equal amount of options with traditional sauce but all in all it was okay.
This was hands one of the most cleanest Cicis I’ve visited in the Houston area. The food was fresh and the team members were on top of everything. The manager and cashier were pleasant as well.
Got take out and the woman taking my order was so nice. The employees were working tirelessly and anyone jumped in to help if she was busy. Thank you for the awesome pizza too!

All the buffet had was cheese, spinach, and pepperoni so I asked for a personal BBQ not the chicken one I asked. I was given the chicken BBQ. I told them I asked for the non chicken BBQ pizza and they said they would make another one , the second pizza I got was the BBQ chicken pizza with no chicken on it. Just a cheese pizza with BBQ drenched on it. After waiting for two wrong pizzas after giving them clear instructions I left very angry. The staff was all over the place getting in everyone’s way trying to get drinks and food at the buffet. They even have misspelled signs on the counter. Never going to this location again gonna stick to the Katy Mills location.
Had been wanting to have Cicis for a while and found this location when we were in Katy. Staffers were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Pizza tasted pretty good and it was a good value for the price. Pleasant atmosphere. Glad to have gotten our pizza fix here.
