Just got off from work wanted to get some food from churches, two gentleman one African American the other was a Caucasian gentleman We're standing there doing an order the Caucasian gentleman had his hands on his hips not really helping the African American gentleman.. They both looked at me as I waited 10 minutes for nobody to speak to me or ask if I needed help. Just wanted to get some food before I was on my way home and instead I got horrible customer service and no food
Food and service has definitely declined in the past 2 years. My freshly fried okra was burnt and the chicken was not fully cooked. ?
I'm not big on Chicken, but I must admit this place always had descent customer service
Great customer service. They young man at the window was very nice and accommodating. When i got to the window I asked if I could change my order and he did it and didnt make me feel bad about it at all. He also was very polite and would respond with a "Yes ma'am" which is rare nowadays...your lucky to get a hello. I have been here twice and both times the same experience and the food was hot and fresh not like it had been sitting under heat lamps. I will go again
Usually I like this place for crispy chicken but in my last visit they changed my order of spicy chicken to original chicken. I would have let it go as a mistake but when we are collecting in drive thru the representative gave me the order saying "here you go your original crispy chicken " then we asked if it is original as we ordered spicy and he told " oh no it is spicy, sorry I told it wrong" then he confirmed one more time saying it is spicy but our mistake we did not verify thrusting the representative. But after coming home we could not eat original and had to trash the complete order.I can understand that the orders go wrong but misleading is bad.
This restaurant is poorly managed and they always mess up my orders and never have white I do not suggest this restaurant to anyone last night I waited 30 minutes in drive thru
Very bad restaurant, that’s going to be my first and last time to visit it.Drive through takes you more than 30 minutes with a rude service
Worst customer service, the guy upfront barely you understand what he’s trying to say, take forever to get your order, better you change those people
Chicken was hot but fries was not cooked all the way.
