I have been coming for 7 years to this Chuck E. Cheese. I went today with my three kids and spent 70$ . I bought two wrist bands for my kids . My son left his red wrist band in one of the game machines . Some Spanish lady that had a birthday party there , his son took the red wrist band of my son . She stole the wrist band in front of me . She realized I knew this . I went to the manager and told her that . She didn’t help me . She didn’t go ask the lady neither replaced my band. This is a very bad experience. Especially my son he is an autistic kid . I will never come to this place no more . A place of people that steals . Thank you so much for making my son cry the whole night . I wish that lady goes to hell . ???????????
This place is very very nice. It's been totally updated and revamped and staff are actively cleaning all of the games and tables as people leave from them. My kids have a blast! We get the unlimited play wrist band for an hour which is bang for your buck. The pizza is super yummy!!!! The bathrooms are clean too! Trust you won't be disappointed. We now have chosen this location as our favorite and return frequently. ?
I absolutely love this location. I've been twice in the pass week already. The location is very clean and the staff was walking around testing the machines to make sure they were working. I met a young guy named myles and he was cleaning literally after each guest and had such a sweet personality. This is definitely my go to spot from here on out for the kids. I would say make sure someone is at the door if they want to be diligent about checking to make sure everyone leaves with the correct party. If you're going to have that into place. If not than disregard. Anyway wonderful experiences both times. One of the best locations so far.Add me if the review helped!
It is a very nice place to take your small children to play indoors. They renovated it all and it looks very nice, cleaner. Most of the games are very easy, they have a variety of options for different ages. They also offer food, pizza, a salad buffet, wings and more. I have tried everything and everything is good. The card option is way better than the coin. My 9 year old had a blast last time he was there.
It’s what you would expect. Fun games. Attentive staff. The only negative was their bathrooms were remodeled and nice but not clean. (As the manager of the facilities staff I know how hard it is to keep bathrooms clean - so no issues there). Pizza was good. Drinks were good. Manager was present and walking around.
My son and I enjoyed our time bonding here. It's one of his favorite places to visit.
great place for kids to burn energy!!
Had my son's 6th birthday party here. Everything went great and the party prep ladies were nice and interactive ? even the adults had fun ?
DO NOT SUGGEST BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKING! I am quite saddened to say the time spent at chuck e cheese for my son's birthday was not as described . I booked a birthday party of 5 for my son at this location Wednesday from 6-8 paying over $100 an hour, we wanted to finally get out and enjoy ourselves. We specifically came during a weekday when it wouldn't be so busy and the kids can take their time and enjoy. The girl who hosted our party I believe her name was Audrey she was very rude and in a rush to go home so she rushed us to all sit at one table around 6:45 so she could start to clean up we wanted one table for adults and one table for kids so we didn't have to play music chairs and stand every time one of our kids wanted to come and eat a bit (there was tons of room we were the only small party that time frame and the last of the day, I told her " lets wait until 8 o'clock to start any cleanup this is an hour early" but my husband agreed that we would move to be polite. 10 minutes later she threw away food we weren't finished eating and drinks we were finished drinking! my guest had to tell her over 3 times to leave her sons plate down at which that time she had to just pick it up and keep it next to her. For over $20 a pizza we would have liked to enjoy it and not have it thrown in the trash. I stepped away to run to the restroom and came back and my pizza and drink was gone! She was in such a rush she didn't even tell us she was lighting the candles to my sons cake luckily I noticed candles burning from the corner of my eye and yelled for my son to hurry from the dance floor and get to his birthday cake and blow them out , Chuckie was even a depressed mascot with a low hanging head and didn't seem happy to be there at all. By 7:15 she wasn't allowing us adults to even have a conversation without spraying cleaner around usand taking down his balloons. If I pay for a party time I should be able to enjoy the entire time without being rushed out the door the party host should definitely wait until after the designated time to start cleaning up. if you want to leave hungry and thirsty and pay a heavy price to be rushed to clean up and go home after 45 minutes of chatting with guests in your party section then I guess this is your place to go. This will be our last visit, definitely not the same fun place it used to be years ago! This was not covid related, they were not understaffed or something this was a pretty slow night and they had plenty of workers this was solely bad customer relations and service.
We didn’t have a birthday party to go to but my son and I just wanted to have some fun. Chuck E. Cheese did not disappoint. We were able to pay $20 for 45 minutes of unlimited games. Afterwards, we got a prize with the tickets earned and he was so happy. Family fun that didn’t break the bank.
