I ate here 5/25/22, got a chicken burrito bowl with no cheese or sour cream due to a dairy allergy that I have. Not only found cheese in the guac, but also ended up getting violently ill the next day. I’m the only one who ate food from here and the rest of my family is totally fine. Definitely won’t be having chipotle again for a long time, and probably never back at this location.
I love me some Chipotle but I ate here on Monday, April, 4th 2022 and was hugging the toilet like a teenager on New Years by the end of the night, except it was coming out of both ends.Proceed with caution, you might get food poisoning.It'd be worth the gamble again if I didn't get all three salsas and Chipotle Tabasco, that was a rough experience coming back up.What I had:Burrito bowl, cilantro lime rice, black beans, pinto beans, chicken, pico de gallo, medium salsa, hot salsa, cheese, lettuce, and chipotle Tabasco.
This restaurant is only 2-3 years old. It should not look the way it does. The floors are sticky. The lemonade fountains are all empty. There are no knives (I asked) the trash is full. I couldn't eat comfortably in the lobby because it looks and feels so chaotic. The owners need to stop by and check on things because they couldn't possibly approve.
Ordered 3 rice bowls. The server put one spoon of rice in each bowl and not heaping either. The rice took up about half the bottom of the bowl. One bowl was beef and I counted 8 pieces of beef. Half a spoon full. I had to pay extra to get the normal serving size. On top of that, the price has increased. So less food for more $$ !!! Bought 2 fountain drinks and get to the fountain and no Coke or Dr. Pepper so had to take Sprite. Halfway home took a sip and it was pure club soda. The syrup had run out. Disgusting service!!! I will never patronize that store again.

Myself as well as others were in line for 10 + minutes when the lady making the food gets a to go order put in front of her-and immediately starts feeling the to go order. That’s wrong they should wait on the people in line and have somebody else filling the to go orders. Also my food was not all in my bag and they overcharge me for something that I didn’t purchase. I tried to call the number on the receipt to complain to the manager but all I got was a robot, which was not a very smart robot because it kept asking me the same question over and over again even though I had responded to the question ! This chipotle location is the worst one I’ve ever been at! Something needs to be resolved or I will be taking my business somewhere else!
This location is horrible. They can not maintain the online orders they receive. If you order online anytime around lunch time be prepared to wait 25 + minutes past your assigned pick up time. Food quality is also hit or miss every time I order, never consistent.
If there was a 0 star I would choose that. It was my second time visiting the store and they have maintained their consistency in underperforming. The rice was completely uncooked to an extent of hurting your teeth. The employees ensure that the clients see how disinterested they are with their job. I hope they hire a supervisor to monitor the quality of food and service. I had quite the terrible experience at Chipotle katy store!
I ordered a bowl of carnitas and received just lettuce and a piece of fat.
Their soda machine is not working which is a bummer but I get. I placed an order online for pickup and wasn't told fountain drinks weren't available. When I picked up my order they even had a fountain drink cup waiting for me. What was I supposed to do with that?Woman at the register wouldn't let me swap for a bottled beverage and basically told me she didn't care and I could try to get a refund online.Just a really big F off.Her complete lack of care or assistance is why I'm leaving this review. Why give me a cup you know I can't use? It's honestly harder to be rude like that than it is to help.
