I would not suggest ever working for chilis in Katy, at least not at this location. My daughter and I worked there and were never paid. Yes it was a short amount of time, but only because we had to move back to Washington due to a family emergency. We called them everyday for our checks. It’s been 5 months and we still have not received a dime. Not to mention when I just called them and spoke to jalberto the manager he hung up on me… I am definitely contacting The better business bureau today…
Rarely happens but our order had a couple of issues but the managers went above and beyond to provide great customer service and make out dining experience better.. food is usually always great at this location compared to the other location and I always go to the tech location over the slide one because the serving sizes are consistent... white cheese for appetizers is always generous at this location compared to the slide location which always give you enough for maybe 10 chips... I enjoy the Tech location the best
Better than average chain restaurant food. Service was a bid slow due to them being short staffed but everyone was friendly. Clean restaurant.
I have experienced a drastic drop in quality at this location. During my past 3 visits, Togo order is 30-45 minutes late, missing items, and food is cold. I wish they would push back the estimated delivery time if they can't make it
Always a last resort place for us to dip into.I don't know why, but Chilis is just not the same anymore ?I feel like theyre going into Ihop's direction. Food isn't that great anymore and the quality of it has definitely gone down.
Pretty disappointed this time. The entire process from getting seated to paying the bill was taking too long at all points. Took 5 minutes before we were greated by a host, meaning there was nobody at the stand for 5 minutes. Took about 10 min before a server came to take our drink order and even longer for our entrée order. The soup and burgers came to the table cold. In the end a 45 min visit turned into 2 hours.
My family and I went in for dinner about 6 pm and we were told there was a 30 minute wait. No reason given and no alternative to sit at the bar. We thought the hostess was joking but she surely was not. As you can see in the pictures, the restaurant was almost empty and plenty of seats!
Here’s the deal, I’m giving this Chili’s 3 stars mainly because I never know what I’m going to get when I go there. This last time I went the food was AMAZING. The time before, everything was bland. This time the service was pretty good. There were a few things forgotten… that’s okay. I’m pretty chill and understanding. The time before, pure chaos. We almost got someone else’s bill… a table of 14 to be exact and it was just 3 of us at our table. The restaurant is decently clean. I think bathrooms could use some more attention. The staff is always friendly so there’s that. I would give it a shot and see what you think!
Went for a quick easy meal and it did not disappoint. I had the creamy Cajun pasta and it was fresh and hot and the molten lava cake was also nice and hot
