Our first time at this chilies was great. We sat at the bar and the server was nice and attentive. We decided to go back there and the second time around was a horrible experience. We have never been treated with this much disrespect at a restaurant. As a Saturday we thought it would be busy so we were prepared to wait a few minutes before being seated however when we pulled up we could see from the windows half of the tables were empty. We walk in and the server did not greet us but that’s okay, we didn’t take it personally and did not let that ruin our experience, we told him table for two and he says it’ll be a 5 minute wait. We sat down waiting, even though I found it strange that we had to wait when half the tables were empty. Not even one minute later he comes back to take us to our table which was next to 4 other people on all sides so this was not covid related. At this point we did not appreciate the fact that the host could not do his job properly and was indecisive and asked us to wait 5 minutes when half the place was empty and come back within a minute. This shows he has not been paying attention at all to his job and is definitely not attentive and caring to his customers. Not to mention the fact that his attitude screamed ‘ I don’t want to be here’. Again, we decided that was not going to ruin our experience and thought maybe he had a bad day, we all do sometimes. After waiting for a while, no one came to our table to take our drinks or even simply to introduce themselves or even acknowledge us. That did not happen the first time we went there and it has not happened at other restaurants we have been to. My husband asks the host if our server knows we’re there and if they will come greet us soon, to which the host replies ‘YOU CAN JUST GET UP AND LEAVE YOU DONT HAVE TO BE HERE’. I believe that being a rude customer is not okay, many of us work with people everyday and we don’t want anyone being rude to us so I don’t agree with customers being rude to workers. But how did my husband’s behavior deserve that reply ? My husband was not rude in any way. He simply asked a question and was spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully. We felt unwelcome and offended. My husband asked to speak to a manager and in short the lady manager says that the father of the host is some sort of higher up. So in conclusion this Chilies hires kids of hire ups and for that reason these kids believe they can act like they act at home. Will never go back to this Chilies or any Chilies and will never recommend it.
Walked in for lunch. People were eating , wasn't very busy. Stood at the the front to get seated and waited for over ten minutes, nobody came. Waiters and waitresses just looked and went back to the back or to whatever else they were doing. They don't want customers or to make any money so take your money elsewhere. Way better food options on same street with people who actually want to work and make money and tips. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I enjoyed my experience at Chili's , The food was great and I had the greatest waiter . I would surely be back and recommend them .
I met my oldest daughter for lunch and our server was Amanda and she was amazing! It was very slow but she came over and chatted with us and made us feel like we were having lunch at a good friend's house. We left smiling and laughing. We will be back and hopefully we get her or someone just as awesome. GREAT JOB AMANDA!!!
Server was awesome,nice atmosphere.Food was ok but a bit pricey for what you get. For my son and I bill was $65... Not my favorite place but my 12y old likes going there...
Friday 03-18-22 10:30pm Stopped in for a cocktail and a appetizer. Restaurant was super clean, and Service was spot on. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank You for taking time to read this review Follow My Reviews on Google and Please give me a Thumbs Up
I went with my sister friend to meet her for lunch.We hadn't seen each other in a while. So you can guess we had a lot of catching up to do.She was so gracious to pay for my lunch.I feel that was so nice of her.The food and service was good.We enjoyed each other's company.
Ate dinner here with my friends. Was my first time here and definitely my last. The front door person was confused, not sure if she was high?! As soon as we sat down, we got assigned the worst waitress I had in my life. He was very rude and disrespectful. We asked for the manager and she was as clueless as her employees. Finally, we agreed to start fresh and forget about what happened but definitely it set the mood for the night. Food was okay, services was poor (no napkins)!!! Ruined my friends’ night and mine. I like chill’s but would not go back to this location again in my life. What a shame!!
Had dinner with my cousins at this location as one of them lives near by. It was my first time here and it could have not been worse. The guy server was very rude, smiling for no reason. My cousin has an accent and he started making fun of it in front of everyone. Unclear if he was racist, would like to believe that. The manager came to resolve the issue and she was as rude, maybe worse. Her Solution to the problem is for us to leave instead of hearing us. We decided to start all over, they made the bartender serve us, he was decent same as the food. The service was extremely poor despite the restaurant being empty. This was my friends favorite restaurant, not anymore. Would not go back even if they offer the food for free. Chill’s Management please consider changing the Manager and the guy servere
Would give it a zero if I could. They were not ready to sit us, they made us wait to clean the table. Hostess was rude, he wanted to fight us from the beginning. The manger came to resolve the situation but made it even worse. Bartender and food were okay. Would never come back but you can come here if you want attitude. They ruined my night and maybe my whole week.
