My niece had a terrible experience at this Chick-fil-A. Her son was targeted with racist slurs there, on his birthday no less.
Quality of food is always good. Bad experience today. Didn’t like the attitude of the kid when I had to drive all the way back to the store to pick up the 8 nuggets that were missing from the 8-nugget meal I had ordered 15 minutes prior. Basically said I have to bring all the food back because people all the time are trying to get extra food for free. Nice. I drove all the way back to steal $3 of nuggets. Orders use to always be right. Now they are wrong in a regular basis. Missing cheese that you pay extra for or missing an entire item. And when you bring it to their attention they don’t care.June 11 update. Happened again. Ordered two sandwiches with cheese. Neither had them. Such a disappointment. I just want what I ordered, what I paid for. And the sad part is, wasn’t even busy. Just kids playing around and not paying attention.
Absolutely The worst customer service that I've ever received from a CFA. Disappointed all the way around. I will never come to this location again. I've always bragged about the consistency of Customer care but this location by far is lacking. The order taker mumbled and rushed the ordering process only for me to cancel our multiple meal order because I was not allowed to purchase a extra salad dressing. I will not return as this is the second tenive received poor service at this location. If I could give this location a Zero I would.
The forgot half of my order realised when I got home and only solution they offer is ME to go and drive 20 minutes each way to get what the forgot (bad management). Also not the first time they forgot to get me exactly what I ordered.
The drive thru lone backed up?!?! No problem! This place is the model of efficiency in fast food.
I love this place, but today I got home and my order was missing a sandwich ?. Unfortunately it was almost 10pm so I couldn't come back.
So disappointed in our order today. Ordered two sandwiches and nugget’s. Both sandwiches were burned and had grill marks! Since we ordered via Uber eats I was not even able to submit a commission thru their website, obviously it wasn’t Uber that cooked the sandwiches. Really can’t believe they would send food out like that.

The staff here is great and the food is always on point.
Went here, came here, loved here!But one of the servers made a big deal cuz I had a confusing to pronounce name, (not the name shown for my account), I’d recommend that the employees should at least try and maybe spell it out, but the server dude didn’t try even pronouncing it, he just said he couldn’t pronounce it to another person who he thought was me lol. On the receipt it lit said, blue and navy jacket, pls approach him when order is done. But the food is great believe me!
