I went through the drive-through and used a card to pay at the window. The kid gave me back my card and told me that there was only 61 cents on my card. I thought it was weird and used another card. Later that day, I checked my balance and found that to be a lie. Apparently the kid thought it would be funny to try to embarrass me, so that I would use another card.
I don't understand why this place is popular. I had a ordinary ol chicken sandwich with A pickle slice on it and some ok fries. Ok the staff is nice but what else is there. It wasn't plump, flavorful, or even attractive. This place has NOTHING on the POPEYE'S Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I mean NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and skip the long car lines filled with sheeple and go to POPEYE'S for a real sandwich. Jezzzz.
Whoever the lady closing last night in the gray shirt was, she was horrible. Whether she was a team leader or a director im not sure, but she was not willing to offer a paper menu for a senior with seeing and hearing difficulties. she was not accommodating at all. we were dining in and we were the only customers there. it would’ve barely taken any time to print out a dinner menu. the employee offered us a print out of the breakfast menu when it was nearly 8pm, which was very rude considering they don’t even serve those menu items at this time. other businesses and other locations have no problem with accommodating for those with difficulty ordering. then we were rushed to order despite not being able to see the menu. I asked once again if they could just print a menu and the lady, once again, said no. It was infuriating.
Great, as always! I just wish they would bring back their carrot salad or coleslaw. That kale salad is not on my favorites list.
Awesome service. Food served hot. Don't let the long lines of cars deter you from pulling in, they have an great system in place to get you and out
I ordered my food CURBSIDE at 11:50AM and got there by 12:20 PM and the people at the windows served every one that was at curbside at the moment and they were just talking and I waited for about 30 minutes and nobody came to give me my food. The WORST Chick-fil-A. Missed my whole lunch and wasn’t able to get anything to eat.
the OG chicken sandwich, it is what it is. Back in the day kids used to sneak into the NYU dorms just go get chick-fil-a. And they stayed open on Sundays too. College was just wild.
We visited two Chick-fil-A restaurants during a recent road trip. This one was in Katy Texas. Hubby and I both ordered chicken sandwiches... it's called the "deluxe," I believe. Overdone and way too salty. Fries were very good and properly cooked. Another recent experience at a CfA in Tallahassee Florida was excellent. The sandwiches there were so good we planned the stop in Katy...we were disappointed ☹️. I guess you cannot count on consistency.
