The service we got today was horrible . The girl in the drive thru handing the food was rude . She looked annoyed and I saw her rolling her eyes as soon as a customer pulled away . I understand working in the food industry is not easy but there’s no need for that kind of attitude. This is the first time I’ve received rude service from a Chick Fil A. Will not be going back to this location .

Horrible experience at this location today. This is the first time I feel sick after eating Chick-fil-A. I ordered 4 chicken strips for myself and nuggets for my kid but everything look and tasted like left over from overnight and then microwave it. I will never return to this location!

The girl taking my order wouldn't be quiet enough to let me speak or finish. We got the wrong sizes and things. When asked at the window she said she only rang me up for a medium. Cool. No big deal. Get home there is only 3 sandwich . We ordered 4. I called and was told I could come back tomorrow to get my sandwich. So after spending 46 dollars at Chick-fil-A I still don't have enough food to feed everyone in my ordereverything look and tasted like left over from overnight and then microwave it. I will never return to this location!

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. They had a lot of employees hanging out (posing, chatting) by the drive thru window but only two actually taking orders. Manager never came to check in on people waiting so long. I was also offered 3 different meals before they actually brought out my own. I will no longer be a customer at this location.

Just a fast food chain but people told us the best in chicken burger. They are right. Likes the waffle fries as well. First time and will come again

Always delicious! Go to tiktok and search Chick-fil-A hack. You will not regret it. MMMMMMMlove the grilled nuggets. My only complaint about Chick-fil-A is ......hmm...... NOTHING! Are you kidding me, like I really could find a negative thing about then. if it were open today I'd order some nuggets! Enjoy you sandwich and don't forget to look into the Chick-fil-A hack..

Service is great but when I get Mac n cheese at noon I notice a bacon flavor in the Mac and start to have an allergic reaction as I’m allergic to pork. My guess is that they cross contaminate cook ware by using what they made breakfast with, for lunch. Be cautious about that if you have allergies or religion prevents pork consumption. Overall, super great place. Food is so good and managers are very sweet!

The service is not consistent anymore. It takes a long time for them to bring the food out with curbside orders. Sometimes the orders are missing items. I love Chick-fil-A. I hope this location gets back to the high standards for service that Chick-fil-A is known for. They are running out of chances for me.

First of all I would like to state that we have been loyal patrons to this Katy Mills location since it first opened. I cannot tell you how much business I have driven here but between our school, play dates, and mom coffee lunches I can imagine a small fortune. I can tell there has clearly been a management change and it's not for the better. We will not be returning.Decided to go through the drive thru today and didn't recognize a single employee nor were any of them smiling and happy to be there. Mind you it was an off hour so there shouldn't have been an excuse to the cold food and poor service we received. After pulling up the window, I was told to pull ahead and wait. I think I watched about eight cars go by and kept looking in my sideview mirrors and just kept seeing the outside employees staring at me like I was nuts. Finally our order was delivered and our fries were stone cold.I have NEVER had cold fries here. EVER. Turned back around as there was no line and the same employee asked why I was back. Told her what happened, what I needed replaced, and I was instructed to drive back to the window. No apology, no sincerity. When I arrived again to the window, more ignorant stares. The extremely unprofessional employee inside the window (I didn't get his name but he was wearing a hat and glasses) starts mumbling to the two standing outside the window and asks for my receipt. For the first time EVER coming here I didn't get one. I told him that the girl I talked to again sent the order through but he kept demanding a receipt that I didn't have. I was the ONLY car in line. Ended up giving him my entire bag of food that had our order label on it which was probably a mistake but I guess we will find out.We will be taking our business back to Westheimer or Mason Rd. and will encourage others we recommended to come here to do the same.

After being tolded to pull forward and wait. I waited 11mins & watched 8 orders filled before getting my food. I only ordered 1 breakfast meal. Not acceptable to me. This is the second at this particular location. So I'll dread coming back here smh.
