First, I'm a stickler for Honoring Public Servants, Law Enforcement, Military or Veteran's Discounts. I've been to many Chick-fil-A's while on Duty as an EMT/Veteran & found out this location Doesn't. At least that's what was told. Nevertheless, My Partner & I ordered the EXACT same thing, But was given an order Different. We were way to far down the road to take/bring it back.
Nice place. Clean and kind staff. Love to go there with my toddler. However there are usually older kids playing in the playground despite the sign saying 3 and under only. We, parents with small kids, have to escort them in to be sure they can play safely; things can get a little rough in there with a bunch of big kids running frantically.
Wow!! So fast and friendly!! We didn’t even have to put in a curbside number, they were waiting w our order when we arrived. Superior even for Chick-Fil-A standards!
Let me preface by saying, I go to Chick-fil-A fairly often. Usually a minimum of 1-2 times a week. Typically other locations, rarely this one. Only one time have I had to leave a bad review.I pulled into this location and had to circle the parking lot 4 times because the only available spots were 7 of the 10 mobile order spaces and handicap. When I went in, I saw that there’s no counter to order from, you have to seat yourself and order mobile. Ok…different… but ok. The problem I had was I couldn’t get cell service and the WiFi had issues connecting. When I tried grabbing the attention of staff I was ignored. At this time I also noticed, that this location does not have the smiling faces of staff like every other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to over the last 25 years. So, I decided, maybe give it a minute to connect to WiFi and I’ll go use the restroom. Where I found a decently clean restroom with no toilet paper at all. So instead, I washed my hands, and returned to my seat. While sitting down this time, my WiFi finally connected and I was able to order. I tried to flag another staff member and was ignored again. So I waited until my food was delivered, and informed them that their was no toilet paper in the restroom and asked for them to take care of that so I could use the restroom. At the end of my meal, I ran into a friend inside and was talking for about 10-15 minutes catching up, before ending the conversation to have time to use the restroom before returning to work without being late. Same issue, still no toilet paper from 25 minutes ago. So I had to go somewhere else and was late to work.
This is a brand new Chick-fil-A in the Richmond area. It has the usual items from the menu but what distinguished this location is its great customer service. Two thumbs up.
Excellent ? service from the entire team. With Covid-19 restrictions being relaxed and in seat dining being available again, I able go inside and enjoy my meal and witness a seamless operation from order to refills. 5 ? service All the way around- Great TEAMWORK in Action!!!!!
So I went to this location in Fulshear and found a dead mosquito in the top of my chicken bowl.. when I return back to the store the manager said she can change my top but not my all meal! I said please change everything and she doesn’t feel like anything is wrong with my order!! Is nasty ? and I think she never re made my order!!
Dined in at this location for the first time in a while. You can't order at the front counter anymore. You grab a seat and they come and take your order at the table. You can also order your food through the app. Great chicken meals and great service as always. The lemonade is my favorite drink.
This Chick Fil A is the epitome of customer service!! Every Saturday I come here after my workout and they greet me with a smile and pleasantries!! Thank you for being great!! ❤️❤️
Chick fil A is always good. I wish they would get the store back to being a counter store and not a pandemic environment. The drive thru can get crazy long in the afternoon and evening.
