Chicken nuggets are getting smaller and smaller. Its a rip off. Taste good but not good value
Well I would have give five star. Only reason they lost it because I had to wait quite a long time to get my food my food was ready and sitting on the counter and I'm sitting on the table and waiting for my food after 10 minutes later I went to the counter and I said what is my food to the cashier and she said oh right here let me get it out for you I said no I've been waiting let me get it out of my own food then you guys let us sit here for a long time. Food got soggy but I didn't feel like complaining to the manager or whatever I was just left
I do my best to avoid going to this location but my parents live right around the corner so I visit once a month and consistently they do not pay attention to detail on orders. I had an order today where I had upgraded my beverage, selected 2 lemons and ice added into my sweet tea. I received a regular sized drink with no ice or lemon yet the sticker on the outside said “MD +2 lemon and ice” They also forgot my ice cream cone and I politely asked for the missing item. I have not had an experience here where it went smoothly and what I ordered was fulfilled on the first try.
I have come here so many times, I love the food but Jesus Christ I'm tired of pulling up to curbside and then it says they are on the way with my food and then I end up waiting another 10 minutes. I'm just gonna stop coming to this CFA entirely. I would be perfectly fine waiting, as long as it didn't say on the app that they are on the way with my food. Instead the app will literally say its on the way and I end up waiting way longer when apparently they are on the way with my food. Like don't just straight up lie to me and say its on the way when its not even close to being in my hands.
I live about 5 mins away from this location. I placed an order for delivery and I was told it was on its way. The driver got lost and it ended up taking an hour to get delivered. When the app said it was delivered. I had to call the restaurant to get it figured out. I got my food but it’s cold and soggy. Just a heads up if your driver is “Roberto” you best cancel the order or just go get it yourself.I’d give it no stars but google doesn’t have that option.
Chick-fil-A is delicious! But this location is too busy and the employee that took our order was absolutely not paying attention. Had to repeat words to her like I was at a drive up speaker but I was about a foot from her face. Idk. It was odd.Food was good though! Had a discrepancy with one of the sizes of drink handed to us but that was easy enough to fix.Usually a great experience, this one was a lot of waiting and a little frustration.

I’ve given this Chick-fil-A too many tries. There’s always something missing or something wrong. We get this when we’re on the go, so when something is missing or we don’t get it then it messes with our road trip. Now we’d rather stop somewhere else that we know won’t mess up our order every time when we are on a road trip with a car full of hungry kids.Things we always have issues with- no straws- grilled chicken when ordered tenders- unsweetened tea when ordered sweet tea*this one happens all the time*- no sauces- no ketchupI give up. Nothing worse than sipping for your sweet tea and boom unsweet tea ? 21st century problems right...The food has always been good and so has the customer service. It’s just the constant errors with the orders that just makes us not want to come back.

I come in to this location about 3x per week just to get a cup of ice after my workout. The cashiers are always super friendly. Today I dropped my cup outside and my ice went everywhere ? the manager was leaving and she saw the whole thing happen and she ran right back in to get me a new cup. She insisted on it. I don’t even like fast food but my family does and this location will definitely be getting my support as much as possible ?
