The food was great! But the service was terrible. The girl helping me had a nasty attitude. It took forever for someone to help me. One girl was upset because she had to pee so she took her attitude out on me and my food lol it was extremely messy. The two guys behind the counter were just standing there like they couldn’t assist. No one acted like they wanted to work today just stand around. Hell I could’ve walked in and made my own damn food for all of that. Just terrible service today. If you don’t want to work in customer service then find another job and stop taking it out on the customers that’s a personal problem.
I understand this is a new location, but there is clearly a lack on consistency in their food/service. The food has been cold multiples times now, and depending on who is preparing the bowl, I either get too much or too little of something. For ex, this time I barely received any rice, but it was doused in sauce..it was cold, soggy, and unappetizing. Last time I barely received chicken. Another time they gave me spicy chicken instead of regular and I had to throw it away. Maybe need more training or better management.
AMAZING! I wasn’t sure the first time we went if I’d like it however, I quickly became an instant fan. The Emma’s Fire Bowl with added chicken is perfect (even though they did forget the top sauce this time)! A must try (and it’s not TX spicy. ?
This place is where Zoe's Kitchen used to be and I guess i was expectong that.I had a harissa chicken bowl with bismati rice. The serving size was big! Personally harissa chicken is not my thing and hence the 3 stars. I didn't feel like taking the rest with me because i got tired of the flavor. The pineapple drink was good. Service and food was ok, so I guess i can give it another chance with something different.
Yummy Mediterranean bowls + pitas. Great alternative for Chipotle or Uberrito if you’re looking for a change up!
It's like Chipotle for Mediterranean food, very good selection, flavorful protein/meat options, fresh, tasty and reasonable pricing. 1 star less for inconsistency - first visit portion size v/s later visits did not match (less than first visit). Not a deal breaker though!! Will definitely go back.
Cava is superior! I just wish I didn’t have to drive so far to get a healthy bowl. Please open in Cypress. Food here is incredible and so filling. Love their service and easy to order. Everything on the menu looks delicious.
I love Greek food and this was not good. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Pita + Avacado & the chicken was drenched in a cold sauce. It should have been warm. The pickels mixed in did go with the other ingredients. The serving was big, but I couldn't finish half because it was not good. Disappointing for a $14 Pita wrap
